Had a problem with the restaurant not receiving my order from Deliveryhero after waiting an hour for it to be delivered.
Apparently this is quite a common occurrence, they are not swaying me in anyway from using menulog. Money had been spent on my credit card and a confirmation email was sent to me, not very happy at all.
I have ordered twice with Deliveryhero. The first time the restaurant ended up with the wrong address (they called me saying they were out the front, but they were two blocks away).
The second time they delivered 45 minutes earlier than I had requested.
Not sure if it's the restaurant or Deliveryhero at fault.

You were supposed to enter the code before payment otherwise how is paypal supposed to know what to charge? If you have not paid just cancel and do it again.

At the menu screen you click "Checkout". On the next screen it gets you to confirm your address and asks for payment details. On this screen it asks you if you have a coupon. Type it there. This is for the full browser version (which this particular deal works with). i'm not sure about the app as i didn't use it this time.

@Webbo: Sorry, some are suggesting a new account will work. For me it worked with my existing account but i can't tell you why it didn't work for you.

I registered for new account, created order and paypal had discount… but then I thought I would go through with CashRewards 8% cashback.. so I re-entered the site and re-did my order… except then it was saying coupon was invalid! So… after creating a new account (again)… it went through with the $20 discount… 2 x pizza, 1 x garlic bread, 1 x 1.25L drink & 2 x volcano lava cake - $1.95 delivered. Thanks OP!

Apparently DH marks the coupon as used on an account even though one doesn't go through with the purchase (e.g. cancels at the PayPal site).
I had to create my own account as I wasn't able to use the coupon on my wife's freshly created account.
The error she got was:
