That is the worst website I've used in decades.
Loads on iPhone but whole page is grey filtered and can't click any buttons. Can't even click the link to install the iPhone app because it is also greyed.
Tried mobile Chrome browser but same result.
Can't click the Desktop Version link because grreyed out.
Tried removing the m. from the URL and it loads. Then automatically redirects me to the mobile site and puts the damn grey impenetrable filter back over everything.

I don't want to be the bad guy…but I think if you click "continue reading" it states that voucher can not be shared in third party websites (i.e. ozbargain)…as I saw it last month on a delivery hero ad (not for all vouchers but for some extremely good ones such as 15-20$ off).. >.<

Everyone double check your CC statements online…DeliveryHero told me i was paying the discounted fee, and then low and behold i just checked my credit card balance and they charged me the FULL AMOUNT even though i used the BITE20 discount. I've tried calling them 10x now and they aren't connecting any of my calls to a person.
Just checked. Authorisation amount is correct for me at least. YMMV

NO idea how it happened…when i paid with my debit card it said 27.50 and then i got the email which said 47.50…went online and checked balance, and yes, it said I was charged the full amount. I have tried calling DH for the past twenty minutes and their hotline is useless at the moment. I keep getting redirected to their voicemail service which is full….now I will have to call up my credit card company to cancel the payment.
ETA: Just managed to get a hold of someone…oddly only one of the two numbers they have online seem to work. The guy said that there's a limit on the code, which seems to be in direct conflict to what was written (that it expires by a certain time)…and Now i see that they've created a facebook post saying it's now expired. Bizarro or conspiracy?

Okay so writing this cause I encountered a problem;
So I ordered my food around 2:45. A total of &38, but only had to pay $18 thanks to the bite20 coupon - said it will arrive in an hour. Fair enough.
My phone was on silent, and I check my phone after an hour and I have a message from +614169749 at 3pm saying;
"Hi this is Delivery Hero, your order is cancelled as the restaurant is unreachable. Please use replacement $20 code ********. Please call us on 130069625 if you have any issues. Thank you."
Okay so I waited an hour and I find out my food isn't coming - guess I should have checked my phone earlier. Now I try to use the code - nope doesn't work, said it has been used already. I try to use BITE20 - nope said it has been recently used. I tried calling the number they gave me cause I wanted a refund - No one picks up, on hold and rotation for ages and the call keeps dropping.
As a side note, it feels like i paid $18 to get that new coupon because in the end if I was to order for a new meal, i'll have to pay (lets say $10) for a $30 meal thanks to the new code, but I already paid $18 for my last meal which i didn't get - which in turn would mean I pay $28 for a meal and a code; which I feel very ripped off.
So what do I do now? just wait and call tomorrow?

So I was able to make the order and use the coupon. I got through the PayPal checkout and I was charged the balance of $8, then the next screen informs me that the order has been cancelled (as the restaurant couldn't be contacted) but PayPal shows me that I have been charged the $8.
I then tried re ordering through a different restaurant but it tells me I have already redeemed the code.
So I have lost the coupon code to my account, been charged $8 and won't get any food.
This was all about 30 minutes ago, well before the code expired.
EDIT: Revoked my negative vote as I was just called by Delivery Hero informing me that the deal can be done and it's on the way now.

I would have accepted a refund but wouldn't have been happy about missing out on the deal.
Then to get a personalised call from DH informing me that it could actually be done just made me a very happy chappy.

@PLANT: I placed an order at midday for a delivery at 6. Money had been taken out and I got an email confirmation straight away but no SMS. Last I saw the order was stuck in the "We will SMS you shortly with confirmation" stage but now the website is down for maintenance. Don't like my chances!
