  • Just checking REP will current customers be getting any deals? otherwise have to do the workaround of opening a new account! Been very happy with NetVirtue hosting by the way.

Welcome aboard :-) please let us know if we can assist with anything.

  • Hi netvirtue - would existing customers be eligible to take up this offer? My hosting is due to expire in a couple of weeks.

      Hi Shake,

Technically you can but it would involve you backing up your data, request a cancellation, sign up again and upload your backup (then have support restore your backup). If you don't mind going through that process than you can take advantage of this offer.

      • Thanks for the reply, appreciate the info.

Do you have any idea as to when your offer for existing customers will be available? And what kind of discount will be on offer? (PM me if not appropriate to publish here.)

Obviously less hassle that way, so that route is preferable - but timing might be an issue for me.

        Thanks.
