      No one was expected to pay full price in the first place. They were introduced with stickers so you could get 50% off. I wouldnt say it'd be worth buying a set of 4, but if you dont mind mixing and matching your crockery (shudders) then its good value.

      It ain't Wedgwood or Royal Doulton, but for the average family in the 'burbs it is probably OK. At a few dollars a piece there is decent value. Sometimes all one needs is plain white dinnerware for outdoor entertaining - this would be ideal for those occasions.

      tried some last night and they are actually pretty good. not much bone in them and they are real chicken (not some sort of reconstituted crap you get in nuggets.

      similar to KFC, but I found these to be less greasy. I'm gonna go get another box/bucket tonight.

    Giant Freddo Frogs and a few other chocs are $0.50 each at Woolworths or 2 for $1.50.

    Highly recommend the 2 for $30 Ocean Salmon skin on deal, works out to be $15/kg, excellent price for Salmon is you ask me!! And, when I got to the checkout, the price came up incorrectly (at $32/kg each bag, i.e. $64 total for 2 bags), and I told them that it's on special at 2 for $30, manager went and checked and alas! the scan wasn't showing the special, and since woolies have a policy of giving you the product free if the price scans incorrectly (my sis in law used to work at woolies and told me this), they gave me one bag free and charged the other at the reduced rate ($15), they said they couldn't give the two bags free cuz it was the same product, so 2 kgs of salmon for $15 - WINNING!!!
