But the pdf is not a scan so I'm quite confident to say they will accept printouts.

That's where (cheap) laser printers more than earn their keep.
I only use the inkjet when it has to be a colour print…

I buy $3 inkjet cartridges from eBay. Just as cost effective, and much less hassle than having to deal with two printers.

I have a 100$ printer (im sure you guys paied around that.) And It cost me about 50$ (from memory) for a cartrage that can last me 3000 pages + 1.66cents perr page
Its blackandwhite however, but i never use colour anything

only works on the tagged price, ie not in conjunction the 2shirts for 40, 25% off clearance, or 20$ voucher for 70$ spend.
however the lady there was kind enough to give me 2 $20 vouchers cos "they have so many of them" lol.

I just feel like being a bit of a party pooper and neg this deal. I Went into Jeanswest Harbourtown in Adelaide looking for Jeans. There was a pair on the sales rack for $69 (discounted price) that price went down to $42, not bad you might say… The problem was that on that rack there was a 2 for $50 deal, so for another $8 you could get another pair. You couldn't apply the 40% discount to the 2 for $50. So the deal in store was better than the 40% discount.
yeah i know what you mean. i got the 200$ worth of stuff expecting it to be 150 or so cos there was a 25% off tag on clearance lines. but in the end the shop redeemed themselves by giving me 40$ voucher. not ideal but ok whatever
True some of them doesn't mean much. Like I tried to buy 2 shirts each $49.95 and in store promo buy 2 for $70 - I can't use the voucher with the 2 for $70 so the 40% gives me $29.95 per shirt. But the store is having a promotion of $29.95.. so there's no point really..
I guess this works best only for certain items like a clearance shirt (I saw it for only $10 the other day) and full price jeans.

Same thing happened to me with the 30% off footlocker deal, 2 for $50 was on the shelf, but not applicable for the 30% off. Each pair of shorts was $40 each normally, so 30% off $80 was only $56. Useless.
Doesn't mean the deal deserves a neg. Just don't use the voucher. It's still a good deal for every other item except the 2 for $X deals. Do you think before you speak?
The deal isn't that great. Everything is overpriced and the quality is questionable. I got 2 shorts for $60 (rrp $50 each) but now that I think about it, I could of just bought $30 shorts at Jay Jays. + anyway because I used it.
Aboslutely agree … It looks like most of the stuff for guys has been left over for years style wise.
im a jay jays man myself.. the quality is exactly the same in my opinion and half the price.
lol paddys market sells the exact same quality of shorts and shirts that jay jays and jeanswest sells for $15 and some are knockoff of brand names (like billabong and gstar) without the label.
I went to jeanswest and got myself a nice shirt and 2 pairs of jeans. total $102 i used it on a clearance shirt. best deal ever and the 2 for $99 jeans (except it was applied on the full price but still worked out cheaper)
ive been needing jeans for a while and expected to pay $99 for one pair but got 2 and a shirt for that price. the clearance jeans were crap as they are old designs or the wrong size.

This is indeed a very good bargain. Printed out a flyer in office, and picked four shirts and a hat from the marked down pile and then purchased with the flyer, came down to $55 altogether. Four shirts and one hat! $55 could buy only one of them at the original price. Good find!
