    Just a word of advice: the order MUST go through the mobile app.

    If you try and use it via the website, you will NOT be given a discount and nor will you see a error message and the order will just be processed through at the original price.

        Yes - I know it was stated in the actual post but there are a few of us who have had issues with the mobile app and have incompatible devices.

          @watwatwat: The problem is that there are no error messages that come up on the website saying that the coupon code is incompatible and the order goes through regardless without the coupon being applied. I don't understand what the issue is when I am trying to help others avoid an unnecessary situation and yes I GET IT THAT IT SAYS FOR MOBILE APP ONLY.

          What do you mean? When you type the code in, it comes up with a message saying mobile only. If you continue through to the checkout, you will be continuing without a valid coupon.

          You mean, before the coupon was active? Well if the coupon isn't active, it isn't active for any platform (including mobile), so it wouldn't make sense to render the message then.

          If you have an incompatible device then perhaps try running an android emulator on your pc and install it on that - Works on my phone but it should work on something like this - http://www.andyroid.net/

          Was just trying to warn others of a potential situation but I guess that nitpicking the specifics is more important nowadays on Ozbargain.

        To be fair, original post did not state it had to go through the mobile app. I made a rush to register / download app / order / etc and was in a similar mind to also post this warning, without checking it was edited. :)
        On the website, I got: "This coupon is mobile app only."

    My Android can't install new apps due to insufficient space so I missed out on this one. Not sure why DH warn people ahead of time.

    Having said that, it's an excellent marketing strategy to get some noise and word of mouth even if it did result due to a f***up and poor planning.
