      I have checked your order. The order exists in our sysstem. The reason why it's saying the order does not exist is may be you do not log in your accout to place the order.         I'd like to request a refund for the last belt. I've patiently waited over three weeks since receiving the other two belts. It doesn't look like the third was ever shipped - as I received my other two belts in separate packages (which you say were sent May 6th and 8th - I received on the 25th together).

    From the other comments it seems like the belts are being shipped separately due to it being out of stock. Why wasn't this indicated when making the purchase so I could instead get the ones that were in stock at the time?

    Same problem here. Ordered 2 belts and received only one.
    Rep told me via email that second belt was sent on 2015-05-12. It is one month now still not a sign of it.
    There should be a limit of waiting time.
    I don't like to hear please be patient, package will reach you soon, could be a year if you still remember about it.
