For the lowest price, do you check out through paypal, select Canadian dollars and use the 28 degree card in paypal? I thought that paypal add their own currency conversion fees and these are quite high. I don't see an option to pay other than through paypal.

lol OP copied my old post with the currency conversions word for word hence the confusion. Essentially they used to charge in whatever currency you select (not sure if they still do) so to get the best deal you selected whichever currency equated to the lowest AUD amount at the exchange rate at the time.
For example, the USD$6.99 price at the moment equates to AUD$8.91 (according to Google) so you're better off selecting the price in AUD which is only $7.90.

  Hi Dos, im a size 36 and i purchased the 115cm one last time they came up. it was too big for me, but it is easy to remove the buckle, chop of the amount you want, then re-attach the buckle. it took roughly 1 minute, all i need was scissors. the longest part of the process was working out how much to chop off, because i wanted it to stick out enough to go through the fist loop on my pants but not too far. the buckle attaches to the end of the belt using some kind of crimping lock (sorry hard to explain). Just don't chop the other end as that has the nice end on it and also has the grooves that hold the belt closed.

    It's very easy to alter the size of this belt.
    
    On the underside of the belt you can flip back the "teeth", remove the belt, cut (I just used scissors), slide belt back in and push "teeth" back into belt.
    
    Ref: I purchased this belt last time it was on Ozbargain.

I went cautious and bought two last time to make sure they were what I'm expecting. Both belts even at 115cm were a little longer than I needed but as mentioned elsewhere, very easy to cut down with a pair of scissors and adjust. Several weeks on with daily use on one and infrequent use on the other, they've both held up very well so I am really happy with the quality.

Used the comments above and made sure to set the Country to Australia under Shipping Address and clicked 'update order' before 'place order' and was able to complete my purchase via paypal using the NEW2015 code as well. Two more belts for AU$14.65 total, great deal.

About the couopon code, Sorry for that matter. Usual the code can not be used in the discounting products. Someone can use it as this is someting wrog with the system(but that seems not a big deal). And our technician fixed it up. So now the coupon can not be used in the dicounting belts.

When I got mine from the last deal, they were folded in a sort of number 8 shape in the package, so one of them has a bit of a fold/kink in the belt. Nothing major but have can't seem to flatten it back out.
Also OP, are you going to stock any brown belts? would love to get one to match my brown shoes.

I can vouch that although the shipping takes quite a while to arrive the quality is very good, don't be hesitant with the size you buy, as you can simply take off the belt buckle from the leather part and just chop off how much you want to and simply attach it back
