Just in time for Winter, Nosefrida…the Snotsucker

Overview
It’s smart.
It’s Swedish.
It’s maybe a little strange.
It’s doctor invented & recommended.
It’s 100% hygienic due to the included filters (4).
It’s fabulously reviewed (Rachel Ray, Parenting, & more).
It’s a nasal aspirator that ACTUALLY WORKS!
It’s NoseFrida. The Snotsucker.

For those parents who are already using the Nosefrida we have the Nosefrida Ambassadors, get paid $5 each time you recommend Nosefrida to a fellow parent, this year we will sell 100,000 units and over half (50,000) will be from recommendations, if you would like to know more and join you can see the program here http://www.nosefrida.com.au/pages/ambassadors-make-money-ref…

Instructions
The disposable filter should be in place to prevent mucus or bacterial transfer.
Place the large tube against the child’s nostril, creating a seal.
Use the red mouthpiece to SUCK out the snot. TIPS: Move the tube in a circular motion against the nostril – you will hear and see the mucus coming out of the nose. A few drops of saline solution in each nostril will help loosen thick mucus before using Nosefrida.
To clean, detach all of the pieces, and dispose of the filter. All pieces EXCEPT for the long thin tube should be cleaned with hot water and dish soap (they are also top-rack dishwasher safe). The long thin tube should be cleaned with a few drops of rubbing alcohol and shaken out to dry.
Warning
NoseFrida is not a toy – Potential choking hazard, keep all parts out of reach of children.
Only use NoseFrida for nasal aspiration.
Do not blow air into the red mouthpiece while tube is placed at child’s nostril.
Never attached NoseFrida to a machine.
FAQ’s
Why is NoseFrida better than other aspirators?
NoseFrida is non-invasive – instead of going inside the nose like the bulb, it forms a seal with the outside of the baby’s nostril (creating a vacuum). Parent-powered (mouth) suction is much stronger and more effective than the static suction of the bulb or battery-powered aspirators. NoseFrida is also easy to clean.

Will Nosefrida make me sick?
No. Clinical studies have proven that the hygiene filter prevents mucus and bacterial transfer from child to user.

Can I suck too hard?
No. NoseFrida is safe to use on newborns and preemies. There is no risk of sucking too hard.

Is NoseFrida made of safe materials?
Yes, NoseFrida is made of non-allergenic, latex-free, BPA-free, and phthalate-free polypropylene. It is manufactured in environmentally-conscious Sweden.

I took the tube apart for washing and now it won’t stay attached.
The tube must be pushed firmly until you hear it snap into place. There is a groove inside that holds the pieces together.

Does NoseFrida the Snotsucker come with filters?
Yes, it includes 4 filters – 1 pre-loaded and 3 extras

  • Can't you teach the kid to blow his nose?

    • +4

This product is for Children aged between Newborn and around 3 years old..before they actually learn to do that..

    • +2

      Not really no

No idea on the price as have not looked for years but these things are just the best thing out there when small kids get colds. The whole thing looks and sounds evil, but results in a good Nights sleep for all which I am sure helps with recovery.

  • "It's smart"? Android and iPhone app to track how often you're removing snot? lol

I own one of these and they are great. We also use "Fess for little noses" for a few minutes before using this Aspirator.

    How is a 6% price increase a bargain ???

It's actually a 60% price increase as the title says the Filters are now Free

    • +4

Hardly a price increase just because it's slightly more expensive than a previous sale.
If it's less than what they sell it for normally, and for what you could get it for elsewhere - it's still a bargain.

I still have problems getting my 5yr old to blow her nose properly so I might give this a go, better than trying to sleep with a blocked nose.

We have something similar that you can attach to a vacuum. However sucking with the mouth is much stronger and you do not scare the kid or neighbors by turning on the vacuum in the middle of the night so we never use it with the vacuum. It helps a lot. My mother in law was scared that you can suck too hard and hurt our new born but that was not the case as I easily demonstrated.

  • I want one of these but it seems that this price is higher than with previous deals as per jv's comment
