  • Full price @ Springfield Lakes

  • The reason you'll find there's no stock in most stores is because very few stores have probably ever bought them in.
Most Masters still have plenty of older Jap stock still on their shelves as it is!

  • What's the difference between these and the Tropical/Chocolate ones?

    • Anyone know?

    • They're not the special "Limited Edition" colours! LoL

Just ordered one + $75 truck delivery.

  • Do these require a specific recharger or work in any recharger? I have a pure energy charger for alkaline and nimh batteries. Will this work with these batteries?

  • How does white compare to colored one?

    What is the recharge time?

    • Same cell, different colour!

  • How are these compared to the $5.99 for 4 LSD batteries (AA and AAA)at ALDI? Has anyone done a discharge test?

  • Not on special at Braybrook store. Limited stores offering the deal.

  • 29.95 at Rockhampton QLD. $75 for truck delivery so no thanks.

  • What's the point in this deal most can't get it anyway.

Which stores? It seems like it's $29.95 for everyone here so far. Not really a deal.

      Well you're in the minority.

  • can anyone who has got this actual 8 pack (4AA + 4AAA) from Masters tell us whether they were made in Japan or China.

    • When Panasonic purchased the Eneloop brand, production moved to China. Hard to find some Sanyo ones now.

      • -3

it's always better to answer the actual question, when responding to posts. Production for the Australian market moved to China but there are still plenty of Japanese made "Panasonic" badged/branded eneloops in other regions - hence the question. While it's obviously more likely that Masters source their product via Australian channels (& their own documentation suggests as much), to get a definitive answer, it never hurts to ask people who bought the same product at the same time and have it in their hands.

Got them yesterday, they are made in China

  • can someone explain to a noob why i should buy these as oppose to say a pack of 4 regular batteries when i need them for $2 at the reject shop?

where do people use aa batteries any more outside of the tv remote?

i would still need a special charger ?

    • +3
      1. It's rechargeable compare to the normal one at Reject shop. And it's special in battery category because, in my opinion, it's just like jv on ozbargain.

      2. Baby toys, mouse and keyboards and …well… adult toys

      3. No

      • -1

Last longer than batteries from a $2 shop too.

    • -1

      few more to add here

If u go camping, many of your devices can use these batteries in a way - torch, led lamps, lanterns, fan etc

Also fishing, head lamp. There are a lot more devices.
