      The 15% off was live at 12AM. I was going to post it but the site was dead and didn't come back at 1:30AM when I was heading to bed. I don't think OzBargain played any part in this.

    If you want to just cancel after the first month, then this is about the best deal you can get at the moment. If you want an ongoing plan, it makes more sense to sign up through a referral link (check some past amaysim deals on ozbargain for the grey referral box) which will give you any of the 4G plans (2Gb/5GB/7GB) for like $19.90 for the first month (you can downgrade after the first month), then $10 off your second month, for effectively greater savings than this deal. Plus some random ozbargainer also gets $10 for the referral!

          If you change to PAYG and disable Auto renew, you can then use the $10 credit to buy 1GB Data for the next month. That way it will be for free.

          or use the $10 credit on PAYG rates

      Who bothers with the hassle of changing providers?

      Got the similar expired LivingSocial deal 5GB for $11.91 after Cashback. I use these deals for the cheap data, so no porting issues as data does not require keeping the same phone number.

      Unlimited calls etc is a bonus :-) I've got another number for inbound calls ($2/yr including 400 minutes calls). My friends are used to my monthly change of number.

      Change payment method in account, cancel or change to payg by end of month to avoid ongoing costs.

      Even if you disable auto renew and you keep using data beyond 5GB you'll be paying at their AYG rate of 7.2c per MB which would only buy you 138 MB with that $10 bonus, unless you set your phone to cut off data at 5GB or buy 1GB data pack using that $10 just before you reach 5GB

          I was warning tomieraw of the pitfall of having extra credit when going over the monthly allowance, EC was spot on with the first advice of changing to Bpay but he may have overlooked the $10 credit according to this comment, if you know of a way to prevent going into excess without turning off data from your end please share with us.
