Seems okay for local price, seeing as most over hard drives at around $100 have a capacity of 1TB or thereabouts.

Do you know where you can get a 2TB Hard Drive cheaper than $99?
With a weak AUD the price for tech had gone up recently though
different style case to the one I bought last year. normal price then was $99 but a sale made it $79.
not a bad price atm i guess.
Got the 3TB WD at officeworks for $90.3 a little while ago
There was also a 2TB WD Portable during that time for $83.20, got one of those :P
I got a 5TB for $173 this year :)
ditto, anything less than 3tb is just a waste of space
10TB soon! But it will take years before the price goes down.. when 2tb SSD's for $99 come out I'll be getting it! =p

You can say that prices have gone up because of the dollar, but really this is a standard price, especially for a non-portable.
I paid $99 for a 2GB Seagate external drive 3-4 years ago. This is not a good price. I paid about $120 for a 2GB portable drive a couple of months ago

Nah, you can get 2TB for about $79-89 for about a year now. This is their normal price at Officeworks.
