    Thank you for pointing that out! I always thought such a kit would easily cost over $100. I did a search on ebay and found that $50 is just the normal price.

    Agreed. My usually seller on ebay has the newer 2x135W Bulbs(1350W Equiv.) for $51.98 ($50.94 after cashrewards). Make an offer option is also available. Shipped from Sydney.

    Also there's other Aus ebay sellers selling for around $50. Conclusion.. Normal price imo.

        au_goodseller is where I got my lighting equipment. There are other sellers for a dollar or two cheaper but this seller is my personal preference.

        @dinalt: no worries! ^_^ Just a side note that I had 1 of my bulbs damaged on the inside, most likely from shipping or just faulty, but they were happy enough to ship me a new one free and quick.

        @ebbzuv: hrmmm interesting. they must've updated that link I provided earlier to a newer type of bulb. I havn't used LED Bulbs so can't comment on them. Try google or youtube xD it'll be your next best answer.

        @DarkNexy: Thanks for your response. Yes. You are right when I checked before it contained cfl bulb. I wasn't sure whether LEDs are better in terms of lighting for photography. I will have a look.

  I have found the cfl bulbs can have a nasty uneven spectrum. Skin tones have come out look horrible and blotchy using these CFL lights. That is more blotchy than true daylight filming.

      I have t-shirt with that logo and most people look at it with a distant vague connection, some say "Oh green lantern" (seriously!) and only the few know what they are looking at. Amazon sell the full collection pretty cheap if you want a romp down memory lane.
