Maybe if you sign up and get the $25 referral credit, then enter the promo code before your first trip you'd get both. Doesn't mention an exclusion in the terms but it sounds like you can't use them both at once from the first comment.

Yeah, it's generally cheaper than a conventional taxi, easier/more convenient and has a rating system for both the passenger and driver. You just enter the destination and get out when you get there, avoiding the extra 10% surcharge the conventional taxi companies charge just for paying by card.
Some drivers also give you freebies like water or lollies! XD
anyone know if the driver/passenger is covered by TAC insurance if involved in an injury-causing accident ? (genuine question)

Any personal experience on the chances of picking up an Uber ride at Melbourne Airport?
It's not easy way to tell the driver where you are. The pickup area is spread over a large distance and does not have a specific address, whereas the app relies on a specific address to make a booking
