      I take it back, i still cant find my name on the list but i got an email and cashed it in, just scraped in with free shipping $11.98. Love you ebay and paypal, except i accidently put in $99 for the max bid instead of 99cents and it doesnt let you change it, good thing no one wanted any screen protectors for a nokia e63 at 11:30pm except me.

      Nothing yet….. two names from our household are on the list, and neither of us have received an email.

      The promotion period starts at 1 second past midnight tonight (ie Sunday morning), so I am gathering something should appear in our paypal account at midnight to indicate the $12 value is available to offset the postage.

      Edit 12:08am : Optimistic thinking….the promotion period has commenced and still no email, or anything in Paypal to indicate how to redeem this!

      They'll have been applied to that email address only. If you try and use it with another one that hasn't received the voucher code email/msg, unless they've messed up, it should complain.

      Awesome, got both my vouchers, seems they do it by ebay Id rather than paypal address, since both my eBay accounts share the same papal addy.

      also, it depends on how you have your email preferences set up with eBay as to whether they email it to you or ebay message it. One of mine came to my email account, the other one stayed only in eBay messages, as per how I have them set up.

      Have to agree that it could be a common code, but at the same time they may have allocated to your paypal account and will track when you've used it and anyone who wasn't allocated it can't use it.

      My code ends in SHIPPING, and I might post it once I've used it.

        The voucher code is "CXSHIPPING", same code for everyone, but obviously it only works with the winning accounts.

      Surprisingly there is a chance this might be real Nintendo, however perhaps don't expect fast delivery. Here's some of the feedback for the Motion +:

          My name is unique. There are only four families in Australia with our surname and we are all related and all in Perth.

          I contacted Ebay yesterday. After about 15 minutes of trying to fix it, he/she gave me some weak excuse really.
          The so called problem is that my account is registered on the ebay.com site instead of the ebay.com.au site. Maybe five years ago I registered on the wrong site, I can't remember.

          I'm going to call Paypal next on 1800073263.

          EDIT:
          I spoke to a yank at paypal with no luck.
          They can't do anything either so it's time for me to forget about the voucher.
          Btw, I have tried the coupon code several times already.

            The T&C's say that to be eligible you need to be

            registered as a member of eBay.com.au or PayPal.com.au

            Did you signup for paypal using paypal.com.au?

              @rle02: Yes, I'm definitely registered at paypal.com.au but the Paypal guy said that because this voucher giveaway is being paid/sponsored by Ebay.com.au, he can't do anything because he doesn't have access to the Ebay network.

              The Ebay girl explained it a little better though. She said she doesn't have enough authority to fix the problem because it would take someone from the Systems Admin to do it.
