No, that's significantly cheaper than spotlight, and pretty well average price of what they generally go for. $3 flatrate shipping is a bargain.

I would use these for table cloths for my kid's birthday parties, but not at this price…
Also it would cost of a lot of money to have my wife make doona and pillow covers with these prices.

That fabric is priced per 1/2 meter, bringing it to approx AUD$33/meter. $17 seems like a steal to me :) Also likely that this is not official licensed fabric and may not be the same quality.

The linked items are at the top end of our price range. Please feel free to take a look around and compare pricing for quality genuine licensed fabric. All of our prices are per meter whereas a number of other sites sell by the 1/4 meter.
