Red Plastic Bucket $0.25 (Was $1) @ Big W

840

Was shopping with the kids and saw this. It's cheaper than the Masters deal the other week.
This was at Big W Bankstown (NSW) few dozen left, not sure if it is nation wide.

    • @whodidthat Collectively? As in to 'drink the Kool-aid', from said red b?
b..b…Best not, wdt, but ~ to otherwise answer your question ~ Yes, you can

… but always remember (I am deep, like a bucket), you can't Keep

      • A collective kick the bucket, hmmmm

        • Scotty as Jim Jones…

          I suppose OzBargain is a bit cult-like.

Maybe if the bargains stop flowing, the Kool-aid will need to start!

    Yay buckets

  • Ewwww, red? No deal.

    • Hey there, leave red alone. Beats boring boy blue. Lol. Red all the way. Not the bucket however.

      • To quote Garret, "I don't take orders from women.

Because they don't talk to me."

        • Was that an order? Not my intention. More a suggestion i think. I am a woman indeed. Do i need to apoligise? Lol. To quote me..please don't define me by my gender. It's not my fault. I didn't get a choice. Blue beats pink. Says a lot. :)

        • @Scorpiogirl: But you chose a gender specific name, what do you expect to happen?

        • Not about gender. It was about his quote. It was a joke which you obviously don't get. No idea what your'e on about.

  • Unfortunately, the offer doesn't appear to be nation wide. Checked whilst hunting down stock for another product today.
They scan up for $1 at the following Vic stores: Melbourne QV, Broadmeadows and Craigieburn.
The buckets at these stores had a different label, so maybe a new product line replaced the one depicted in the deal.

I would have been spaving rather than saving anyway!

  • I've got a swollen sore foot so I'm gonna buy one, fill it with hot water and stick it in and massage it.

Wish you a speedy recovery. BTW, do you think hot water in cheap bucket may release toxins from the plastic?

      • Not sure. Maybe you could try it. Just make sure you are wearing your amber necklace and power balance band.

      • +1

No. These buckets are recycle code 5 which indicates it's safe for food (like the majority of plastics).

        • thanks. good to know.
