WoW has a XMas Eve special - PS3 120GB Console and wireless controller for $398. I've been researching PS3 consoles for a few weeks now. Any price under $450 is a bargain. This is the best I've seen.

Hmm… it's just a regular PS3 pack, not with a 2nd controller. Shipping was $18.50 for me, so the CotD deal would still be cheaper, albeit you have to go through the hassle of waiting for the $50 Paypal cashback, whereas with this deal you don't.
Good price still.
plus shipping = $417. The myer deal with giftcards = $better as you get a game + remote
if u have a good look around u can fing ps3s for 400 and under brand new. on gumtree there was one at 390 and some at 400 cos ppl are buying the sony 32 inch tv and ps3 packs and flogging the playstations. so if ur out for one on the cheap shop around.
The # of unwanted PS3s obviously goes up when solid bundles come out (i.e. the Big W promo), thus the price goes down (dispersion of interest)… If people wanted to shop on ebay, they would. For a real store with real (as in, not just a one-off) stock, this is a good bargain. You can't compare every deal here to ebay — you're bound to find SOME prices on ebay that are lower with nearly every bargain here.

That's a shame. Realistically, a better response would be just to ask him to edit it as he's obviously just made an honest mistake here. The bargain is still there — a sub 400 PS3. If it was posted without the (honest) mistake, would you still neg it? If not, you've just neg'd for a dumb as hell reason.
