  • was for me at the beginning then i entered my address for postage and was about to enter my credit card and the balance had returned to $12 so what am I doing wrong?

  • logged out and then logged in again and firstly it will give me the discount but when I got to the payment page it goes back to $12 - wonder if it thinks I have used the code now so will not allow it again,.. will see if my son has an account and try with his thanks

  • I ordered on 21 Aug 10.09AM Melbourne local time when the code was working.

    1) Code worked fine on Paypal screen (showing discount from the seller)
    2) accepted payment of remaining $3.39 on Paypal
    3) Redirected to seller website and submitted order
    4) Received paypal/Newfrog payment email of US$8.86 instead of $3.39

    I wonder why.. Newfrog order #30000050448

    • Same here.. After the PayPal authentication and price confirmation Newfrog changed the pricing to US8.86 on final submit.

      Emails to both the PayPal receiver and the Newfrog sales contact asking for cancellation of order went unanswered. Wont be buying from this company again.

    Mine arrived today (got the red one), it was pretty easy to setup and the stick seems pretty sturdy too. This will be handy for my end of year trip so thanks heaps TA! :)

        Ordered 27 days ago. Unless you put this on a boat from China, its safe to say this is either lost or was never sent. Either way, I have opened a dispute with Paypal and its pending. Please just refund my purchase so I can close it.

  • i can see the transaction on paypal, but didnt receive a confirmation email from newfrog. also when i logged into my newfrog account, there is no record for the purchase. what's wrong? anyone has the same experience?

    • I have a feeling this is an issue for anyone who use the PayPal express checkout. Maybe someone who has had their order delivered using the PayPal express checkout can confirm otherwise.

      I sent my PayPal details and I was told there was no record of my purchase. I was then later sent a shipping confirmation which said the item was shipped on the 23/8 but I am not sure if this is a generic shipping notice they sent me to keep me quiet. It is all in Mandarin so I cannot confirm what it says other than accept their word for it. Let's hope the item was sent out on the date they claim.

      It seems that Newfrog has major issues with their systems if PayPal express checkouts are not generating a purchase order.
