Mine was exactly the same as yours. Two seals - a broken seal with chinese characters and an intact Kogan seal. Also has the one fingerprint.

        • Did you have any saved wifi on the settings?

        • @Duoka:

Yes, there were a couple of saved wifi: CHT WiFi Auto & Vansun-Speed

But I am pretty certain the phone is brand new. No marks, scratches etc. All accessories are still sealed.

        • @mmcml:

Yeah same. Got a reply from kogan saying they checked the phone before send it in. I have another question which may ruin your experience. So don't read the next line if you don't want. Did you notice anything strange with the screen? Mine is kind of grainy, it is noticeable in low-light and dark images.

        • @Duoka:
Probably because of the OLED screen. (If you're used to LCD)

When I saw AMOLED on samsung phones for the first time I thought they all look grainy. Only recent ones like S6 are better.

      • My guess is that these phones are excess carrier-branded stock from Taiwan and Kogan had to open them up and turn them on in order to remove sim-lock. "Prechecking" is just an easier term for customers to understand.
