    This is an add-on adapter to convert from US/EU to AU? Or a native AU plug?

    Obviously no one in their right mind would buy a compact travel charger, only then needing to add on a bulky socket adapter!

    Yeah… you're not gonna find much enthusiasm here I'd say being that a) it's not a native AU plug and b) for that price there have been better chargers recently

      and c) it's not an Australian Approved and certified product.

      PS: It's illegal to offer non-approved products like this for sale in Australia. The authorities have no jurisdiction over chinese companies, so the importer (buyer) is the one who accepts FULL responsibility for safety, etc.

    Not a lot of Qualcomm quick chargers available in aust plug.

    I bought some for the car.. Less regulated and dangerous I suppose.. From gearbest.

    I've been looking for a quickcharger aust but still can't find anything reasonable

    Llama it is not illegal to offer these chargers at all and what is non approved products I think you are trying to say Australian standards,and no it is not Australian standards but it is made by one of the biggest manufacturer of telecommunication company's in the world.And secondly it is made for Qualcomm products enough said.Hey you haven't got to buy one.

      Absolutely not confused in the slightest. My full time job relates to Product Compliance, Safety Certifications, Approvals, etc… and often that is for power supplies and chargers. It's what I spend most of my working time doing, every day, every year.

      I definitely know this subject, and I definitely know how expensive and messy it is legally if you break these laws. Our company has just spent over $250,000 on legal fees alone (plus hundreds of hours of my own time) defending ourselves against an ACCUSATION that one of our products wasn't approved (and the product was 100% tested, approved, certified and marked in accordance with the law).

    all electrical products need RCM Mark and approval old standard of C Tick. Ignerance is no excuse in law. So buy privately importing you take the resposability in your hands. Insurances company's go by the law act and count dollars.
