        tantryl, did you notice the search result from google or staticice listed site, they listed item at below supplier/distributor price but when you ring them or on checkout there is no stock avaliable?

  I think there's some good deals here, the dual-layer pack of 50 for $37 delivered is good. Cheapest I can find on SI is $25 for a 25pk, not including delivery.

  Is the dual layer media Ink Jet Printable? As the auction only shows printable on the lable in the picture. Also what is the printable surface like? I ask because I purchased a different brand of printable dual layer from elsewhere and the printing surface was atrocious. All the text faded and got a green halo around the outside.

    g12345567, surface is white inkjet printable (feedback from customers said it Okay)

    maybe you require Glossy photo inkjet printable surface, if you want photo result finish for your media disc.

    check your cd dvd printer ink cartridge and quality of the ink and once printed let the disc dry before you touch it.

  Good price for the dual layer DVD's but i've never heard of the brand, so I would stay away.

  Poor price for the single layer shintaro because for $4 extra you can get 100 verbatim or you can get more reliable discs than shintaro at a lower price when looking on static ice.

      I said ~$180 delivered, that means postage included. If known brands like Ritek have a mid failure rates in some cases, I don't think Shintaro is going to have 99%-99.9%. And I'm not talking about coasters, I'm talking about data preservation.
