Hi OzBargain! First of all thank you to everyone who sent us well wishes through our tough patch. It genuinely motivated us to keep fighting, we are so excited to say we are here to stay!     I purchased the Thai SIM from TSD few weeks ago. Qucik Expeess Post delivery. Would recommend and buy again from them.

    Plan works very well. Wife can call me as soon as she landed with the bonus credit. Also stay in touch via Viber/FaceTime anytime for the first 7 days.. Use my Virgin SImple prepaid number to call/divert calls 15cents/min to her Thai number.

    It's nearly the end of the day and I've not received the SIM yet. I checked the order and the status is "processing". Did it ship yesterday after all? We leave tomorrow early so I'll be needing a refund if it doesn't get here today. Can you please provide a tracking number?

      Hi, basically the numbers are only assigned to the SIM once it is activated. You will get a welcome SMS once you land which will contain your number!

    Got my card in anticipation of being to use it straight away on landing but could only make emergency calls and data wasn't working. Contacted the company and was told my card was faulty which I found difficult to believe. I believe these guys stuffed up the activation process for the card and used this as an excuse. Would look at other options before purchasing from this company again.

      Hi there, not sure about your particular case but these sort of situations are extremely rare if they do ever occur. Like all electronics one in a small few might actually be faulty. Ask Microsoft about XBOX360s, they had a staggering faulty %. Less than 1% of anything we sell might be faulty during production (which we arent in control of). But if you find that hard to beleive, you shouldn't buy anything electronic at all.
      I trust we did help and offer a full refund none the less.
