First time I believe this TV has fallen below $2000.

Please check your postcode for free delivery offer.

Comparable to Sony 65W850C according to my eyes in-store. Impossible to find a review for this model though unfortunately. It is a 100Hz native, 1080p VA panel.

Edit: Now $1970 (was $1999) until end of the long weekend

65 inch FullHD? You better have a large living area.

I have a Seike 65" FHD for the kids to watch ABC for kids they don't complain.

      I have a 58" today, sit 3.5-4m back… could easily do the same with a 65"

    • Why?

I have an 80" image projected on a wall only 2.5m from the couch. It looks fantastic. It's only 720p.

      • Mileage varies for every person depending on their vision

  • What about the 4K bruan 55" from Aldi for $799

    • The Bruan will have much worse picture quality.

In fact, it may even have considerably worse overall picture quality even with 4K content, when we eventually get some…

      • Plenty of 4k content on YouTube.

        • Does it look anywhere near as good as a 1080p blu-ray, though?

        • @mgowen:

          It's 4K quality.

        • @ca6leguy:

4K is not a quality, it's actually a resolution (the number of dots making up the picture). Plenty of hi-res video out there that looks objectively worse than a 576p DVD of the same movie because of too much compression (lower bitrate and/or worse compression codecs).

        • @mgowen:

Ok fine. It's look better than blu ray. Have you heard of VP9?
