    It looks like it's not up & running yet…
    I tried to look up Sydney hotels but it keeps coming up with "There are no hotels matching your specific rates and all of your search criteria" doesn't matter what dates I pick :(

        Got a call from the Fiji Accor Branch. They offered me the membership for 300FJD (approx 200AUD) comes with one free night at a participating Accor hotel worldwide. Pretty good deal I say.

          I just bought this membership last week for $AUD330 .. Comes with all sorts of other discounts also which make it worth it - but would have rather paid the Fijian special which would have saved me $130. Also for those interested in purchasing if you want to do fellow Ozbargainers a favour then if you sign up as a reference then the original card holder will get added benefits (Referral Program). Additionally this will automatically take your membership from Classic to Silver.

        I just renewed my membership which is $319 a year. Includes one free night, 50%off meals with two people dining and 10%off room rates.Plus they have red hot rooms with 50% room specials. Worth it if you stay more than 5-10 times a year.

    Weird i have been waiting for this sale, but any hotels i need in Kuwait, Bahrain, Doha, Muscat & Jordan are still the same price as they were last week. Only says 5%/10% discount for members like always. Anyone getting the same problem for other destinations?

    Maybe just me but I cant find a single difference in price from yesterday or past few days as all the Accor hotels in Bali are not available on the supposed 40% off and free breakfast for mid November 2015? have been on Accor website last few nights, hotel prices as a member are exactly the same and breakfast is still extra?? Anyone finding this to be Croc or am I missing something here?

    99alteeza- yes there are- for your comparison novotel Clarke quay one queen bed standard comes to $145.82 AUD incl taxes and free breakfast for two for one night on nov 1 or Sofitel so - so cozy so hip king with breakfast $224 AUD

      I should have mentioned I have a toddler as well, when I checked the price for Sofitel comes to $250, the one which I see that is around $150 is Grand Mercury but that is from $173. Anyone see anything better?

      It should note if the hotels displayed are eligible. Once you click on individual hotels, you'll see the room rates, which will display the 40% (plus free breakfast) clearly if applicable.

    Accor ibis Auckland Airport is $76 after 30% off, on Expedia is $88.
    Travelling Early Feb. Maybe no big discount for NZ hotels :(

      You get the discount by logging in on the Accor website with your membership details. Search for the hotel and it should come up with the discount.

      Booked mine with them just then with breakfast to Bali. Saved $200 thanks OP

      Pullman is a nice hotel, especially executive room. Last stay there the place was getting a little over run with tour groups. I'm making a change this coming trip to another Acccor hotel.

    which hotel do u recommend in bangkok and phuket? cant decide!! for a family with kids.

    all the new hotels nowadays dont have 2 x dbl beds anymore, only single beds. novotels used to have 2 x dbl. increased costs for famillies to have to spend more on 2 rooms.. sigh

    i have other nicer hotels in mind but because we are going in peak season, even cheap hotels are aussie prices. im so annoyed with myself but then its the only time we can go in dec school holudays. we save $1k+ staying in novotel. 5 nights over xmas in other equivalent or higher hotels is over $2k

    So, are the prices displayed per night inclusive of the 40% off? I ask because I'm looking at a hotel in Japan that's showing up as $300 a night and has the 40% off symbol but I swear the price by night is exactly the same as it was a few days ago.

    Every hotel I tried in Melbourne and GOR showed heigher rates after the hotel is selected with the following message :
    "Specific rates are not available for the type of room selected. We can offer you the following rates."
    Rates are quite high even with a discount.
    Accor Hotels used to be a good site but not anymore.

      Got the same message. Shows low prices on first page but when you go to the next page it goes back to full prices.

    I highly recommend the Ibis Nana Bangkok at $41 per night. The best 'budget' hotel that I have ever stayed in.

    Just booked 3 nights in Sydney over Xmas with breakfast inc for $300 :)
    For those of you getting the message "Specific rates are not available for the type of room selected. We can offer you the following rates", try changing your search criteria.
    For eg. I searched for 2 adults and 1 child (2 yrs old) and I received the same message as above and the only room option available was a family room, at $500 more expensive. When I searched for only 2 adults, every room option was available to me. My two year old can sleep in a crib for free according to the hotels child policy. It seems the website doesn't take into account the child policy when doing a search, it just looks at the number of people and offers rooms based on the occupancy level. Check the hotels child policy before you search as you may get a different result if your kids can share your room.

    Had a look at hotels logged into Accor as a member and then I was already logged in and clicked on the email Accor sent and the prices were even lower. The one I was looking at was Novotel at $107 a night but clicking on the email link brought it down to $93. Can't see any difference in the room, days booked, breakfast etc just the rate. Give it a try.

    Thanks, booked 4 nights in Singapore.

    I got some dates wrong on a non-refundable booking.

    Rang Accor straight away and they told me to ring the hotel.(because it was non refundable)

    I rang the hotel and they changed it no charge.(because there was no price difference for the dates).

        It was the ibis Singapore on Bencoolen. (Easy walk to Bugis; subway).

        Never been to that hotel before. About $125aud per night after all the taxes.

      I did the same thing as I was tired when booking, they had not charged my card yet and said it was ok to cancel and just book the right dates. Phew! I think as it was less than 24 hours from the booking error.
