        • yes because we all travel overseas constantly just to claim the TRS…

  • Anyone know, which of the air conditioners have cash back?

      • According to previous comment, apparently they removed ebay store from T&C?

        • Still there in the T&C's on my screen - although it could be a cached version. he he. Wonder if you could argue your eligibility?

        • It still says "online"… could one argue that the ebay store is online?

        • @poodz:

just got my receipt and it has the full purchase price, rather than discounted price. submitting my claim now - will see how we go!

        • @geoffs87:
Did you manage to claim the cashback ?
Would love to know .. thanks

        • @ozblogger: i made the claim - dunno if it gets paid back for a few weeks i think

  • looks like they don't have the LTE version of the Tab S

  • Can't find anything of interest. You really need to be in the market for a very specific item and the kind of thing you only buy every 20 years (fridges, freezers, etc) to benefit from TGG ebay sales.

Thought about the m9, but still no.

  • The Moto E (2nd Gen) for $160 seems ok; note it won't be getting the Marshmellow update.

    http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Motorola-XT1521-Moto-E-2nd-Gen-Bl…

    • Most phones in that price range aren't even on 5.1.1, let alone marshmallow.

      • +1

True, however Motorola screwed the pooch a little on this one. The was only announced in Feb this year and it's already been dropped from the new major release.

        • I dont mean to defend Motorola, but consider the Sony xperia e4g for example, similar price and specs, it came out in February and is stuck on Kitkat…

    • +1

Would you really buy that phone over. The Xiami and Elephone deals of late ?

Just asking since I haven't really looked in to the specs of these phones yet.. But I wouldn't mind getting a new android toy.

The temptation of picking up a phone in a day is there, plus I think I trust Motorola just a bit more than from a slow posting online seller

      • The chinese phones have limited 4G coverage and usually dont keep up with android updates. Samsung have anounced android 6 for my 2 yr old S5 it cost $420 from kogan in 20% off sale and has great 4G band coverage.

If the chinese phones has the bands you want and version of android they are ok for the money

    • +1

Price has been increased on the Moto E

  • if they dont increase the price samsung edge 32gb at 758$ , not a bad deal
    http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Samsung-SM-G925IZKAXSA-Galaxy-S6-…

  • do you think gopro 4 silver from 550 > 20% become 440 is a good bargain?

  • Will the galaxy S5 go down to $479 ?

    • +1

Why not get a grey import lg g4 instead?

  • I presume the $50 voucher won't work with the code as we yes?

    • dont think you can but i could be wrong ebay only allows one promotion code.

    • Do not think you can. I think the better way to use the 50 is to go with eBay group deal.

      • Yea you're right, group buy probably my best bet. Not tempted by any special deal at the moment though. Finger crossed in the next 2 weeks before the voucher expires.

  • The S6 32gb in white has been removed! :(

    • +3

the black version was 799 yesterday today its 999.

      • +2

Just found the white again too but not buying it now! So annoyed but on the plus side at least I'll be saving money!

        • True!

        • +1

Yeah the prices went up, so not cool

  • -2

I presume the $50 voucher won't work with the code as we yes?

Also, we don't read previous comments in this thread. Sorry if already asked.

  • Would be nice if they have xperia z5.so much awesomeness in that phone.

  • no sunbeam em7000 coffee machine … :-(

bing lee has them for $719 …. would have been nice to get it for similar but with the extra 20% off.

not sure if good guys limit these sales and so items on eBay in conjunction with suppliers doing a deal, or its just their own costing model ?

  • +9

when this was posted i immediately went to check if its real and code didn't work however the item i check it on was the dyson DC 45 which was ins stock then now this morning its all of a sudden out of stock despite there website stating it's in stock all ALL stores in my area http://www.thegoodguys.com.au/dyson-dc45-stick-vacuum-210249…

I'm getting real sick of the store doing a 10 15 20% off but marking everything out of stock.

      • +6

are you for real? that's the only thing you got out of what i typed?

I wish i could add the little emoticon of the guy banging his head against a wall right now.

        • as in, will be back in stock when they've adjusted the price up at 10am

        • No. No I'm not for real. I'm a figment of your imagination.

    • +1

Yep they removed the item i wanted too. Looks like they are just selecting stock that is slow moving to clear.

  • +1

Sorry if it has been asked before, but do you have to have an actual paypal account to be able to use this deal, or could you pay through paypal via your credit card?

    • -1

I'm fairly sure you could use your credit card via paypal.

    • +1

The option to pay via credit card without logging into a Paypal account disappears after you apply any code to your eBay order. So you need to have a Paypal account and then after you login you can still pay via credit card. It's pretty annoying.

  • Also looking at the Canon MX926 with the free ink offer.

    • -1

      What free ink offer?

  • +1

Wouldnt be suprised if they watch this site and remove any real bargains. IE the 300$ back on the A/C via ebay, dyson 6 ect….

Its good marketing though.. got alot of people browsing there shop that normaly wouldn't.

  • +2

wtffffff 36 dollars for shipping and no where to pick up wowwwww rip off for a router

  • Sounds like another bait with items removed. Skipping it

  • Just Great

  • Any microwave recommendations? Stocking up on appliances before I move out :)

    • I quite like the Breville microwaves… I bought one for my gf and am quite happy with it.

      • Me too. Looking at a nice looking breville one was 299 last night. 309 atm.

        • They've dropped the price back to $299 on that one.

        • @JacTy: WTF, i placed order this morning when it was 309. …….

  • +15

"The seller revised one or more of the listings in your cart."

    Yeah, no s**t.

  • +1

The good guys have done a dick. The s6 32gb was 799 yesterday and it is now 999. The 64gb for 929 has not changed making the 32gb the more expensive now than the 64gb and the edge….

    • Yep, had the S6 32 gb in my cart last night at $799, now at $999 no deal!

The 64gb probably just hasn't been changed yet…

      • -1

Nope hasn't changed. They knew people were interested by the number of "watches" the item had.

    • LOL greedy merchants. Price hike again

    • Was it $799 on their website too?

      • I didn't check the website earlier but it is now 999 for 32gb and 929 for 64gb on their website.

    • Disappointing. Wanted to grab the S6 for my partner's birthday.

  • +17

Lol it turns out that every good guy is a dick.

  • Was looking at getting the miele cat and dog but they've jumped the price from $529 to $599 since yesterday. A real Dick move.

  • Looking for a new general notebook for home, this deal seems handy for that.
Would the TOSHIBA SATELLITE S50-B02K @ $639 ($799 - 20%) be a good buy? the i7 4510U Processor seems good for that price, but don't know Toshiba notebooks.

    • definitely check it on staticice.com.au first. I've found several things that are way overpriced even with the discount.

  • Breville BES920 not there =(

  • Any good new gen mobiles on sale?

    • +1

      There were yesterday…

      • lol, before the sale?

        • +3

They've upped the price of the Galaxy S6 from $799 last night to $999 this morning. Haven't checked others, but I saw the HTC m9 on their store

  • I just checked the Phillip air fryer yesterday morning, still in stock now not even on the Ebay Website :((

  • Do TGG sell any Bluetooth speakers. I wanted to buy the Bose one but can't seem to find any on their ebay site

    • Not the Bose ones, no. They sell some Sony and JBL ones. I'm eyeing off the JBL Charge 2.

      • Bugger!

        • Yeah its a shame, but I've been looking into it and the Charge 2 seems to sound a bit 'fuller' than at least the Bose SoundLink Colour. And has like a 12 hour battery. Not bad for ~$125 shipped :)

  • +1

    Moto E went up $20 ($219 from $199)

  • +2

Prices got jacked up, another lame ebay deal.

  • buying from TGG eBay site, can we still claim TRS? travelling on 12th Dec

    • +2

yes, 60 days sharp. You can buy tomorrow to be safe.

      • Receipt will state the full price as well so you get gst back on the discount even though you didnt pay for it :)

        • When we claim TRS, do we have to have the original packaging? Im buying a tablet, and not sure if i can open it before TRS.

        • +1

@wakkawalla: You don't need the original packaging, or even accessories like the charger.

You can start using it the moment you buy it, as long as it's within 60 days before your departure date.

  • +1

    And theyve raised the prices
    galaaxy s6 went from $799 to $1000
