      Likely he was joking.

    • 😁

  • Anyone knows we can use the voucher for multiple transactions?

    • No, one transaction but I THINK multiple items? So if you use add to cart, might be ok?

    • You can't, multiple items is fine but only one-use.

      • Multiple items, diff sellers tho right?

        • +1

Yep so add items to cart, just make sure its the same currency to be safe.
Bear in mind, postage is not included under the voucher

  • Got my voucher, but don't have anything specific want to buy though
I am thinking of buying gift card such as Wish gift card if possible, is there issue with buying gift card on ebay anyone know of? Like fraud won't covered by paypal etc?

    • Rule #6

You must complete payment for your purchase using an Australian PayPal account on ebay.com.au during the Offer Period.
Purchases of items in any of the following eBay categories are excluded from this offer: Gift Cards (172009), Coins (11116), Services (316), Cars, Bikes, Boats (9800) and Real Estate (11700).

does that mean its only excluded to obtain the coupon? not sure.

      • I thought that just mean you can't buy gift card for the initial purchase to obtain the coupon, correct me if I am wrong

        • +1

Worth giving it a go. Got nothing to lose right?

    • I'm waiting to see if there's a bargain to combine with in the next 29 days.
      I saw 1TB SSD's for $465, (so that's $365 …) but maybe there'll be a better deal.

      I don't "need" anything really.

I`m still waiting for my coupon code.. When do we get it?

[edit] nevermind.. When i went to checkout (using the ebay app) it told me i have a coupon available so i applied it then it showed $100 off my shopping cart. Time to checkout.. O ly paid $16 Woohoo!!

Got Halo MCC, just dance 2015 and The last of us.

    • Did you get any notification from ebay that your voucher is available?
I read somewhere that the voucher is available from 1 Nov, but I didn't get any notification till now.

  • Have many others received there vouchers yet? I am still waiting for mine to use on an unpaid item purchase I've been holding off since last week to complete.

I wonder whether/how returns impact voucher eligibility because I submitted a return request for the item I purchased to get the voucher. I probably should have waited until I received the voucher but it had problems since I picked it up last week and I didn't want to wait too long before submitting a complaint/query.

EDIT: Doh! I just saw this condition.

"15. A voucher will not be issued in circumstances where a buyer initiates a cancellation following an eligible purchase."

  • has anyone received this voucher?

    • +4

The voucher code is CYOUR100 and entered as a coupon applied at checkout it should work depending on whether your account is eligible and the offer has been applied. I called eBay and was told it had been applied to my account despite not receiving any notification about it and it worked.

  • +2

I didn't get an email but my voucher was available on my eBay account.

Click and collect was not a good experience. For some reason the driver didn't deliver it to woollies (sounds like he couldn't have been bothered going in) so took the package back to the post office. I was only aware because I was following tracking. I phoned woolworths who gave me the audio version of a 'shrug' and said they were just a middle man (bs!) and couldn't/wouldn't do anything. It seems woolworths plan was to let the package get sent back to the vendor. I went to the post office and was able to collect the package myself.

    • +3

I had terrible experience with Click & Collect as well. Got txt from eBay that my item was ready to be picked up at about 11am. Got there 6:30pm after work, only was told that their scanning machine was broken, cannot give out any parcel on that day.

      • +1

I agree, would and will not use it if not just for this promotion offer

  • +4

SO we can't stack Target CTARGET25 & Ebay CYOUR100 vouchers at same time :(

    • did you read the t&cs?

  • would this voucher work if not in AUD?

    • It should still work..

  • +2

Aha I just found the notification.
It's on the bottom of the list, under "My eBay" after you login

  • +5

Just my luck, I spent $300 to get this voucher but I did not get mine. I had done everything right too like correct paypal email, used paypal, click and collect etc. checked email, logged out of ebay and no code.

EDIT: OK I chatted with Ebay and they said it was there, I finaly got it when they gave me this link: http://my.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?MyeBay&CurrentPage=My…

    • +1

Thanks for that, I had to logout and relogin to see it.

  • Haven't received mine yet either? Nothing on ebay

    Edit:

Would cashrewards interfere with getting the voucher?

  • Anyone knows if we have to spend $100 at once or can be done with partial amount and the balance will remain for the next purchase?

  • +3

For anyone who CANNOT see the voucher in their account yet, you may need to LOG OUT and then log back in again …
I did and its now showing

    • thanks. I did that and now can see the voucher. I was freaking out thought I didn't get it

    • Thank god for that! I was waiting and waiting. How ridiculous

  • I found it.
    Thanks OPs

  • +2

No voucher under My Ebay, or Account. I tried logging out and in again. :[ Frustrating!

  • Picked my item up from my woolies today. It worked fine - I typed in the PIN that I received in an SMS and the locker popped open. No scanning or anything.

  • Is anyone else still waiting for their click and collect sms?
I plugged the tracking number into the AP site and it comes up as
    'RTS - Incorrect address'
    WTF?
The tracking number suggest Woolworths refused to take the item, or the postman delivered to the wrong place…

    • +2

Don't worry, just contact the seller and then eBay if you don't hear anything, they claim to take all responsibility for problems with the click and collect service.

  • I got my voucher just need the time to spend it >< lol

  • +1

How long does the actual click and collect take? I'm still waiting on pickup confirmation from eBay..

    • did you check your messages in EBAY inbox (as I only realise it after…as it does not go/forward to my "yahoo" email as it normal would)
It should be very quick, just like purchasing cigarettes from the front counter.

    • Had multiple pickups from Big W. Seem to be alot of people collecting their Xmas laybys every time I went in. Be prepared to queue..

  • For people who had their parcels stuck at AUS Post, how did you pick it up?

Did you just provide the tracking numbers and your ID in order to get it? seems like it's fairly delayed in getting to Big W, and the post office is at the same location as the Big W lol.

    • +1

yes, tracking number and my drivers licence was enough to collect.

      • thanks!

  • I ordered 2 items from 2 different sellers and both were delivered to big-w but I still haven't received a email from ebay telling me that they are ready for pickup.

I tracked the items using the tracking numbers and they have been at big-w for almost a week now and I still haven't received a email from ebay telling me they are ready to be picked up.

I just went into big-w and the lady won't give me my items without a pin code (which I still haven't been sent). I'm waiting for a manager to come and hopefully help me get my items.

    • +1

Finally got my stuff. The manager called up ebay and I had to verify my identity with ebay before they would hand over my items.

      • +1

2 of my items have been at AUS post according to tracking for a week now, went there today, they don'y have the parcels they don't know where they are, no pin number so even if they ended up at BIG W (I asked) they won't know how to find them/ give them to me) this service is horrible, they should of run this promo for parcel lockers, they far exceed the convenience of this service!

Now my items are lost, I have to chase up eBay and the seller and aus post to try work out what happened (considering 1 item is an SSD I'm concerned if it's been thrown around a lot if there's been a lot of transit as well and there's no way to really know if the item has been affected).

        • +1

it took aus post a good 20 mins looking for my SSD, the 'parcel' was just an envelope which was stored in a different section.

        • @That Guy: Thanks problem is I can't get to a post office during business hours until the weekend even if I want to and they don't have direct numbers, so even to push them to look elsewhere for it is going to be a headache.

  • I can confirm if you can't see the voucher, log out and log in worked. Hooray!!

  • Does anyone know how the terms of the voucher work if you end up with a refund on your original purchase
(that qualified you for the voucher) does it get revoked? one of my items are faulty (need a replacement) the other 2 are undelivered thus far (this whole promo has been a massive headache).

  • First post here, just want to remind everyone now that it is November to make use of the $50 or $100 vouchers from this deal.
    ;-)

    • I'm still waiting to find something I actually want on Ebay :/
I've applied for that $250 cash back Credit card with Comm Bank tho.
If I combine that with my $100 from ebay and Officeworks Ebay Store release the 64gb Note 5 Gold for $1050 (fingers crossed?) then I might be able to snap up a Note 5 for only $759 after the comm bank fee for the CCard.

(Yeah the Note 5, 64gb might finally be coming to Australia)

  • Finally received the last package. Seller sent out on 23rd October, post office received on 28th and carded Big W. I wasn't allowed to pick it up from the post office, had to wait for Big W to pick up (which is about 5 minutes walk from the post office).

Big W finally picked the package up on 5th November - over a week later!
Only then, could I go into Big W on Friday and pick it up.

    CRAZY!

  • i need to buy something on ebay over $200 but missed out on this deal. Is there anyone who has no need for their voucher and prefer cash? PM me your offer, not sure how it would work though as in the logistics of delivery and payment?

  • I swear they try their hardest to hide these things. I was convinced I hadn't received my voucher until I read the link in this thread.

    Thanks guys.

  • I haven't received my voucher. Where is it? They send it via email?

  • My SSD was delivered to Woolworths (Wheelers Hill, VIC) on the 24th of October. Has anyone successfully click and collected from them before the eBay confirmation went out? If so how? I'm over waiting.

    • Read my comments above. I would recommend emailing/calling both ebay and woolworths before going to pick it up if you don't want to wait around for ages at woolworths.

  • I don't know if anyone is still checking this thread, but I've found one person post that they once managed to use their ebay voucher in a deal, despite it apparently not being able to work.

Has anyone here actually tried their ebay voucher on say the Target deal currently running?

    • Pretty sure you can't use it on any deal that requires the input of another coupon code, since you can only enter 1 coupon code at a time.

      • Well the Target coupon is entered BEFORE the confirm payment phase, it's entered at the checkout point isn't it?
(You hit buy it now, once - you still haven't bought the item) then you can enter the code, choose payment method, etc. Then finally click "confirm" or whatever it is?

THEN you get to the payment section, which is totally different, right? Then put in the $100 ebay voucher
        I haven't tested it

Btw, if I get a refund for item I used with $100 ebay voucher, can I use it again? Got brought myself a tablet that doesn't match the description & I feel that I got ripped off.

  • +1

Almost forgot to spend my $100 voucher, lucky I was checking eBay today and it popped up. Expires at the end of the month!!! Only notification I was given.

  • Is anyone still waiting for theirs? My Cnc was delivered to Woolies, but they sent it back to the seller. I think it is now lost as seller still haven't received it.

  • Voucher removed from my ebay inbox… very odd. Are they hoping l will forget?

    • Yep I think so, the code still works though even if you can't see it.

  • Not much longer to use this, make sure you use it or it will fully vanish by next month. eBay will not remind you. :P

  • I just purchased a product end of november with my credit, it just got refunded today (as the seller ran out of stock). What does that mean with the credit since the credit was meant to expire beginning of december?
