    Bone Doctors Brazen Heat 375ml

So that is now on my internet history.

Cmon, there's worse things on your history!

I thought that was a movie.

    any bargains though?

    prices still look expensive.

  • I went straight to the clearance section and found nothing :(

  • +3

to be honest, I'd say it is quite difficult to find a massive bargain per say in terms of a dollar value

to me the true value is being able to find specific items I need that are quite hard to come by elsewhere. the 10% off is the cherry on the pie

      Would that be American pie?

      • Like warm apple pie?

  • was looking at Stubbs BBQ sauces just today at the local fruit and veg store. They were $2 cheaper than usafoods store.
Had a pretty big BBQ range too - Pac Fair if you are local.

and sweet baby rays sauce I bought at aldi a few months back (no idea if they still have it though)

Last time I looked at usafoods so much was out of stock, seems it is still the same. 10% off is ok I guess if the price is good to start with

definitely agree with you. the problem I had was not being able to find a few things including some bbq sauces from Stubbs and sweet baby rays. not to mention liquid smoke

some of these are pretty hard to find weirdly enough..

      • I know it doesnt help you at Perth, but I was suprised that this FandVeg store had liquid smoke, biggest range of chilli sauces I have ever seen, BBQ sauces of all types etc. I was just walking through as short cut, now I know where to go.

        • sigh wish there was a store nearby me that stocked all that
          pretty jelly..

        • Is this the F&V shop in the new part of Pac Fair? Near Coles and Woolies? TIA

        • @lina23:
          yep, near coles woolies.
I just walked through it after having a coffee and saw the shelveds of stuff like bbq sauces, mexican moles (is that how its spelled?) seemed pretty good I thought.

    • Aldi's "Sweet Baby Ray's" were a temporary special. They're available in bulk at Costco, though - I think I paid $8 for about a litre of the stuff.

  • im waiting for the chinafoods.com.au to open, or wait is that hidden behind woolworths.com.au?

    • +2

Quick! Buy the domain and redirect to woolworths.com.au

  • If you are into the Cajun stuff I can recommend Herbies Cajun Spice Mix - we buy it from Picaddily at South Melbourne Market.Very tasty and doesn't blow your head off.

  • website ozbargained.

  • +2

every time i check that website, half the stock is "out of stock"
10% off out of stock isn't much of a bargain

  • +1

Too bad most of their stock is usually out of date.

  • +2

would be great to filter out of stock items

  • Why not put the out of stock things at the end of the lists so the in stock stuff if not hidden, or perhaps there is an easy way to filter them out that I can't see?

  • the site is a good idea, but their business model seems to mean they only order small quantities, therefore a lot is regularly out of stock or out of date as they don't have enough customers.

  • Over priced crap (even with 10% off). Pass.

  • -1

$10 postage and $2 handling AND 10% tax on postage and handling = $13.20 shipping, no thanks.

  • My local cheap as chips has gotten their excess stock before…..I'd rather wait till then

  • I don't think I can put myself through checking their website today. It's dreadful to navigate, and most items are either out of stock, expired or both. They need to improve the search and filter functionality.

  • It's a new site, but they still won't tell me what the postage on an item is until I sent up an account with them.

    No, thanks.

    • +1

Immediately dismissed when this sign up racket is used to inform a customer of postage costs.

  • Old Bay Seasoning is always out of stock! Does anyone know who else stocks this in Aus? Preferably in Sydney. I've contacted Costco but no go.
