      i like those odds

  • I added to a cart and it says 4.5?

    • looks like it's fixed now.

  • I got a pair of these last time they were on OzBargain. All I would say is to be careful if your antenna cable connections are tight as it will pull the connector plugs of these splitters out.

  • Hops on plane to Sydney

Hope they don't run out before I get there.

  • Free is a good price…

….only when they are useful. In my area, i can't recieve all channels without a amplifier. Unless you have very very strong signals, in most situations, a splitter only makes things worst.

      • Agreed.

I got one of these at the $2 dollar store a few weeks ago. I'm currently on 1M to 2F, and that works fine but using a 1M to 4F, the signal which is strong (digital) degrades too much as none of the tvs will have a stable reception. Just an FYI I guess, probably need to utilise a booster if you use one of these. Or maybe I'm doing something wrong

These non amplified splitters do degrade the signal alot. For those who have good signal from one tv directly to the aerial without the splitter then suffer too much loss from the tv when using this type of splitter. I recommend getting an amplified splitter from this supplier. I got one of these from OZAB at the end of last year and it was the best investment I ever made. Fixed all my singal loss problems I was having when using a 4 way non amplified splitter.

this is the cheaper screw in f type connector type amplified splitter. Although it does come with adaptor converter plugs for older non screw plugs.

          Alternatively you can use

this is the older non screw plug type anplified splitter.

          • @g12345567: The second one looks the goods, but a little pricey. I only needed a 1 to 2 split, so this one looks good to:

Getting short antenna cables is another problem, especially one between the wall and the amplifier.

            • @quarrymaster: Thats the one you need. That will solve all your poor signal problems. It will split the signal Two ways without any signal loss. For me it also cleaned up my grainy and snowy analogue picture. aka community tv.

        • or use a better quality splitter, or use better quality and shorter cables…
