Ordered mine last week to be delivered to a Coles "locker" for me to pick it up today. Was due at 3pm. Got an email at 4pm saying my order had been cancelled as they were out of stock. Called Coles - they explained that whilst there was stock when I ordered the item, the store assigned to deliver my item (Vermont) had since sold out. Apparently they only allocate stock the day it's due for delivery - so if someone ordered 5 days after me but opted for an earlier delivery time, they would get preference over me. Kinda ridiculous but that is their system. I was lucky enough to pick up the final one in-store at Coles Bulleen.
I also got shafted, got out of stock an hour before I went to pick up… Ordered again, but opted for home delivery
I got one free and they're alright. Mine is starting to die though (<7 months of light use), less power and the subtle electric smell. It's a good blender for the short term, would invest in something more expensive for long term though.
