      Taken from the terms and conditions " Purchases must be made at Authorised Trend Micro Resellers including but not limited to: Dick Smith, The Good Guys, Harvey Norman, Joyce Mayne, Domayne, JB Hi Fi, Bing Lee, Next Byte, Officeworks, Radio Rentals, RT Edwards and Leading Edge Computers.

      I am not sure what they mean by "…including but not limited to…" Which resellers are not included for Cash Back and not listed, I am afraid to tell you that io not know.

        Sometimes Virus checking programs are more difficult to remove than virus's themselves. Parts are often still there after you "remove" them.

        That is rather harsh. One HN store wanted me to buy this item in bulk because according to them nobody was buying them. They even discounted below $20 so not only was I getting free cards but cash as well.

        Just been to an Officeworks. They'd 2 versions of mobile security (the packaging of 1 is mostly red and the other is mostly white) but none says "mobile swished 2016" and neither of the barcode matches those on the list in the T&C.

      Didnt have any issues signing up, but spoke to chat and they said allow up to 48 business hours for it to be sent, said it most likely wont be received today..

    There is a glitch with the Harvey Norman website where if you add 3 of these to cart really quickly (initially adding an item to your cart will redirect you to the cart page, once the site is fully loaded it'll just pop-up the cart in the corner, you need to add them before you start getting the pop-up in the corner) when you first load up the site, it'll add them as one item with a quantity of 2 and one with a quantity of 1. You can later up these quantities to a max of 3 for each, to total 6 at $120. If you combine this with the $25 off $150 minimum spend offer, you can reduce the minimum spend amount to $30. Now you can get $25 off anything $30+.

          Yeah I was actually surprised they hadn't fixed the issue since the last time. I feel like they're not too concerned about it though since they upped the limit from 2 per customer to 3 per customer this time around. An easy way for them to "fix" the glitch would've been to just set a limit of 1 per customer.

          At the start of the deal, I ordered 6 plus 3 boxes of coffee pods to bring order over $150, welcome code came through in minutes, reducing total by $25. Order ready to pick up.

          Great deal, for a bit of form filling, when I get 6 8GB card & 3 boxes of coffee for the cost of 1 box of coffee :-)

          If you previously installed the software, the (3) new codes should stack on old ones on same account, extending the license.

          Although I will need to set up a second account as this time its only 3 claims per account. Will set up new account on second phone in family member name. So should be OK ordering 6 on one receipt for 2 people on 2 accounts.

          That's enough for me.

        Since your cart now has $120 worth of stuff that will effectively be free after you receive the cashback, you only need $30 of stuff to push it over the $150 minimum spend to apply the $25 off voucher.

      I suggested above, to setup 2 accounts under 2 names (family member who doesn't mind giving back 3 x $20 payments). It's pretty normal for families to buy on 1 receipt.

    Interestingly the product code on the cashback claim webpage indicates it's for Mobile Security 2016 however the same product code shown on the small print on the actual packet states it's Mobile Security 2014. I wonder if that's the reason for the hefty discount…..?

    Ok. Installed this app on my S5, activated it ok and completed the cashback web page as required however it is now coming off my phone as it's incredibly annoying. Whatever I do I keep getting a 3-tone reminder/alarm/alert that just won't quit. If there were a way to disable the app sound I would do so but there isn't. At least I get an 8Gb SD card out of it so I can't complain too much I guess.

    I picked up my order today & was told by HN staff that Trend rep said only 1 claim can be made per receipt!

    I've checked downloaded promo t&c and can only find limit of 3 claims per account. No condition that each claim must be on separate receipt.

    10. A maximum of three (3) claims can be made under a single Account ID.

    And don't forget to lodge claim within 30 days of purchase!

    HN also forgot to include all other items in order. Lucky I checked & they've issued a delay email on a box of coffee.

        It was Brisbane MacGregor store - who have made up their own rules before when I wanted a good deal. In negotiating price, they offered higher price than they already agreed to & refused to sell at agreed price.
