The $200 welcome credit has ended. That plan is now just $40 a month (so saving $120 over the 12 month contract instead of $200).
I think theres a bit of confusion here.
The offer on cash rewards states:

Meaning the $240 credit offer for a purchase of new device with 12 month contract will not be compatible.
The $200 welcome credit ended as the above person has pointed out.
Its new 24 month Go Plans with a handset attached… nothing more nothing less.
