I meant off Samsung's RRP, but point taken.

The cheapest was that one day deal off Samsung's own site for $424.

      • Ooh.. I think I'm going to buy it from there. Thanks.

I also think you should have posted that.

Do they come with any Telstra bloatware? Or in white? How can they not sell white ones? BAAAAH.

On second thought, I'm going to hold off. If they're going to get discounted this much this soon, they'll probably get discounted again. Also, wanted white.

        • Keep in mind, you can not use this for making calls, as this one is non-3G model and doesn't support Speakerphone. Which is a deal brealer for me. I own Moto 360 V1 and Pebble already. Looking for something different.

        • @OzSikhs: Isn't the one from Samsung the same, non-3G? Which model has 3G? I always thought talking into a watch looked a bit silly anyway.

        • @lostn: Samsung hasn't launched the 3G/eSIM version of this in Australia.

Being able to talk on Watch is a nice feature to have it, specially when you're spending few hundred dollars. It also gives you bit of independence, if you wanna leave your phone behind. You'll still be able to make/take calls/txt msgs.

This is my personal opinion according to what I feel after using two smartwatches for more than one year. I always wish that I had one of these which doesn't require you to connect to your phone all the times to work

      • That's an insane price. Cheers mate.

      • Pity Telstra don't stock the classic. Great local price otherwise.
