Quite a pricey laptop but if you were after one before Christmas there is a saving.

It is cheaper on dell's website - same price with better specs (Core i5, 8GB, 256SSD)

  • At this price, I would definitely get the 256GB version as I do not want to limit myself by the HDD space.

  • If you don't mind importing it from the US store you can get this for $900 USD ($1250 AUD) + shipping.

      +forwarder fees I expect

"The United States Microsoft Store can only ship to U.S. and Puerto Rico locations at this time."

        +customs and duties. Because it's over the $1000 threshold…

          yes. good point.

  • Was excited when I saw this this morning after waking up…almost bought it thinking it was the same as the Dell site one priced at $1,999 which I'd looked at yesterday, but then realised just in time it only had 128GB SSD while the Dell listing has 256GB SSD. You also get office 365 and some useful (for me) Adobe software with the Dell listing, could not see that software with the microsoft store version. Still a good price, but not awesome enough for me to jump in given Jan just around the corner.
