Yep got that apology as well. All credit to The Nile. Pretty good customer service. If anyone is still keen you can get it at Big W for $58. Nearly five times the price but pretty cheap compared to other places.

Got my cancellation and $10 voucher (very kind of them, great CX!) and used it to buy a sports highlights DVD i wanted anyway… cost $7.36 something instead of cheapest $14 elsewhere.
Gee it's a lost cause trying to use this $10 voucher. Their site is an absolute abomination… Can't sort any categories by price, and many categories return blank pages, even though it says there are results to show.
