I have just seen this chair always come up whenever there is an online discussion about comfortable office chairs.
I took a gamble buying 2x of these chairs last time there was a deal, based on others' reviews.
I will start with saying they are very comfortable. Extra cushiony base, good supportive mesh back. I'm not a chair connoisseur or anything, but have spent over $200 on Officeworks chairs and also another from super Amart, these chairs are definitely better. By miles.
Considering getting rid of the 5x other chairs at our office and replacing with these…

It's a good chair for the price. Not the most comfortable chair you can buy but you'll spend $600-1200 to get a better one.

Hey guys I've just received my chair, and I'm not too sure if I installed it correctly, as the 2 levers for backrest and sliding seat aren't really working? I need to hold them down manually for the seat/backrest to retain their positions. Any ideas what I could have done wrong?
That doesn't sound right, you need to push the lever right down for it to lock.

I have posted 3 times regarding the chair. The first one was to apologize for being out of stock due to unexpected demand, 2nd to say I would find out when the stock would arrive for all those who had ordered the chair but not received it and 3rd to give the information I was given about said stock, being that it would arrive 25th or 27th January. The stock arrived in our warehouse yesterday afternoon 27/01 and was receipted in on the system today 28/01. This means it will be picked over the next couple of days and all backorders will be filled early next week.
I think my communication has been pretty clear.
