There are much better devices for the money anyway. It's pretty much on par with the old Samsung Galaxy S4.

Can you give your opinion on a better locally supplied Android phone for that price?
A used Galaxy S4 in excellent condition should set you back around $150. Install the latest Cyanogenmod 12.1, buy a new battery and you have a VERY decent phone for the money.
Otherwise, a Moto G 3rd Gen is cheaper ($330 @ mobileciti) and better than this.

This would be terrible value even with free post imo. Aus stock is good, specs and everything else are dreadful.

The new Galaxy A5 (2016) just came out in Asia and runs for about 499$AUD on eBay with the early adopters premium. Expect the price of this phone to drop even lower soon.
