    Order made on 20/2 and 21/2
    Received dispatch email on Saturday for order made on 21st.
    Dispatch email sent for first order received today however not all items have a tracking number
    Trackhing number from dispatch email on Saturday is invalid but today's tracking number works.
    Use tracking after the XP with 8 numbers following

  • Lodged a PayPal dispute already.

    2 weeks and no communication and now being supplied with an invalid tracking number, compiled with the fact BBC store is being redirected to ABC.

    I will leave paypal to investigate.

  • Got a phone call from someone from bbc shop, supposedly sent yesterday (email said was shipped 3 days earlier) and was given a different tracking #
    Dont think I will be closing the paypal claim until it gets here though.

  • Well my wait is over…. called today and was advised that they had no stock at all for either of my orders, and they cancelled and refunded both over the phone. What a waste of time. Ah well, was worth a shot. I hope others get their orders. It's a great bargain if you can get it.

    Finally got an email today at 4.05pm confirming shipping for the order I placed on Sunday 21st February 9.15pm. Not sure if its the full order containing all the titles I ordered. Will see then it arrives at my PO Box.

    Out of 14 titles I ordered. The shipping confirmation says: 8 titles - Released for Delivery. 6 titles - With Tracking #.

    • Received my dispatched order this morning.

      Got screwed again. As above. Ordered 14 items but only received 5 of the 6 dispatched items with tracking number. Still waiting on the missing item and 8 other titles still marked as Released for Delivery. As I've had no other correspondence from them, assume they are still to be dispatched.

      The dispatch notice for order just lists all 14 of my ordered items. with a return form for the 14 titles.

      Just wondering if anybody else has had items listed not being delivered or not getting there completed order?

      • I'd wait - when I called them, I got the feeling they were told to cancel as many orders as possible.

        • If I don't call them how are they supposed to know that one of the items is missing if there computer system say its already been delivered. When in fact I never received it?

          I complained anyway and they cancelled my order. Was told by sales everybody who only received a partial order with items still Released for Delivery. Will be getting those items cancelled and a full refund. They should either receive an email showing cancelled order and a refund via paypal or whatever payment method they used.

  • I received my order today (placed on 20/2 before I posted the deal on OzBargain) I had emailed them about my order before the website closed, and my query was answered several days later stating that one item was out of stock and that a refund would be issued. But when I logged into my account on the final day before the deal expired, it said all items had been released for delivery and the packing slip that arrived with the parcel today said all items were delivered also. The refund was deposited into my PayPal account yesterday.

    I think they might have been taken by surprise after being OzBargained. Hope everyone gets their orders (or refunds) soon!

  • Hmmm…I've rung them and they say they are "waiting to hear back from the warehouse", so were unable to give me an estimate of delivery date. I ordered on 21/02/16. I asked them where the warehouse was, expecting to hear 'England', but it's in Minto, NSW….

      Try deleting everything before the xp and then the last 2 digits.

      • Thanks. Worked without all the extra numbers, Tracking turns out to be Australia Post eParcel for the free shipping option. No idea why it has all the extra numbers.

    • Thanks! Called them to ask about the fact that I only received 3 items out of 11 items ordered, and was told there had been a glitch and they had allowed orders which had already been sold out. I received a complete refund, which is nice in that I got three items for free but I missed out on the 8 items I really wanted. :(

    Just out of curiosity, did anyone call and NOT get their orders cancelled? I am wondering if they suddenly decided to cancel the orders of anyone calling up to help deal with the unexpected demand.

  • Was going to call them tomorrow to ask about my order placed on 22/2. But they must have telepathically know, and sent me the confirmation email this afternoon. I'll wait and see if all the items I ordered are delivered.
    How many days between confirmation and delivery, may I ask please?

    • Sure enough, as everyone here has experienced…… Only 1 item of the 17 I ordered was delivered. There were no notes on the dispatch invoice to indicate they were being shipped later whatsoever.
      Should I call up and have my order cancelled to try and get a refund, or hold out, hopefully they'll eventually send them out, as those were items I really wanted.

  • 75% of the order was cancelled. Now I have shows with missing seasons that make the price unworth it due to box set discounts. I can't believe how terrible they handled this. How do you have such terrible stock allocation? It's quite embarrassing.

  • They sent me 2 of my 4 items and the other 2 got cancelled and got refunded back.
    Meh, not that upset because I only bought $100 worth of stuff for the free shipping.

  • Arrived today. 1 of the 3 items missing.

    Called and they said would put refund through for missing item.
    Still waiting - though they did send an e-mail through to say item cancelled.

    This is so not like BBC!

  • Received a dispatch email at last……but with half the items missing. What's more annoying is that I probably could have got these items for the same price at the recent JB sale once I factor in the postage I've paid. Naturally, the best value items are the ones I'm not getting. I'm just getting the few cheap DVD's that I added on. No mention of a refund for the items not dispatched either, it seems to onus is falling to us to chase this.

    Overall, this has been so poorly handled. Communication non existant, stock levels unreliable, disappearing website and contact details, tracking number doesn't work. Just crap really.

  • I got the DrWho Series 2,3 and 4 delivered yesterday

    Then today got the email that they cancelled my order for series 5,6 due to no stock as well as my BBC earth Bluray and they have refunded my CC for just those items

  • I got a few of my items only yesterday, no email reply from them
    I haven't been refunded but they haven't advised that they have cancelled the rest of my order
    Don't know what to do?? I really wanted the items not shipped as well

  • finally got the dispatch email this morning (ordered on 23/02), 7 of 10 items shipped with tracking, no mention of the other 3 that are still in "released for delivery" status.

  • I notice the UK BBC Store is also closing down, and having a big "sale". Interestingly, all of the items cancelled from my order are currently advertised in the BBC UK sale. I am now thinking this was a deliberate ploy to offload their less popular stock by advertising their more popular items cheap when they had no intention of shipping them over …

  • My order was 90% cancelled, very disappointed in the way they have conducted this and when contacted re the items via email I got no response
