    Don't bother with this site. A scam to get your email addresses. Still waiting for 2 'free' items from end of last year. When chase 2 months later, their simply cancelled the orders.

        Or maybe they haven't. I've ordered nearly every one of there full free items and have since forgotten what was being offered.
        No e surprise when it turns up.

        Its free FFS, why they all get so narky when it doesn't arrive…..is beyond me.

        If you've paid for it, different course of action.

    I've had at least a dozen items from these guys, the best a super bright led charger lead which I use as a night light. I just love getting freebies through the post. But today its super slow.

    I did get one of the freebie SD cards they were giving away away some time ago, but it turned out to be faulty. So I won't bother with them any more. I've also had no marketing email in my account since, maybe their inept IT operations has lost it, yay.

      as long as you don't select the newsletter option, they don't send you spam.. i've signed up with the same email address but with various "." in it and never had an email from them apart from the welcome email and the order confirmation

    Got all my freebies from Zapals no problem.

    Takes multiple weeks for delivery.

    Even shipped one to a friend in USA.

    Takes about a month to arrive.

    Will order again.

    I received my last few items 2 weeks ago, after a month waiting and 2 were dead on arrival, still waiting for my other items that I paid for earlier.
    Their customer service is playing around.
    I guess ebay is more reliable if you are paying.

      They're shipped from Malaysia and possibly other countries with cheap postage so the month delay isn't surprising. Like you I got an item which was DOA. I reckon better to buy from eBay, prices are usually better and experiences there have been better.

    I find that on Windows the problem with these is getting the software to support the features you want. The USB hardware is the easy + cheap step.
