It's just part of the puzzle. You just need to figure out how to get into the site.

    • Site should be running now :)

  • Hi Rep,

Do these new rooms address the criticisms that your previous rooms were too easy? (see http://escaperoomsydney.blogspot.com.au/search?q=mystery+puz…). Interested in booking, but 20-30min to escape is not great VFM in my book.

    Thanks,

    • Hi Roadeh, thanks for your message.

We have since completely changed The Mystery Puzzle Casino Revenge Thriller room to The Great Bank Robbery room, with lots of new puzzles and props. We would recommend this room to smaller groups and those who are new to escape rooms.

However if you would like more of a challenge we would recommend the Room of the Lost Pirate Souls. It is a lot more difficult and has about a 30-40% success rate.

      Thanks!

      • Thanks for your reply; How many players would you say is optimal for your different rooms?

        • Hi Roadeh, it really depends on how used to the group is to escape rooms. Our rooms accommodate up to 12 people in each so smaller groups usually try The Great Bank Robbery (less than 5) and larger groups than this, The Room of the Lost Pirate Souls. However, we have had more advanced players playing the pirate rooms in much smaller groups of 2 and 3 before but this is not often.

  • $40 or ( $28 after discount) - Per person for a 60 minutes game, it is still not cheap for my experience. You can fit 5-6 people in a room, in an hour you are earning $240($168 with discount) , that is a lots of money.

Also going through the website don't have any theme information.

Cancel with 7 days no refund and within 7 days 50% refund???? and as you only accept online bookings at least 48 hours in advance so you have nothing to lose and keep 50% of the booking fee, very unreasonable term.

The price is pretty standard tbh; I agree that on the whole escape rooms are pricey, but I don't think the Mystery Puzzle is guilty of being particularly so.

      • The refund policy is also a problem, keeping 50% if cancel even before 7 days.

        • Hi LoveBargain15, we allocate slots to our staff in advance so it's best to know our bookings in advance. If you are concerned about plans changing we are happy to change dates and times of bookings without charge. We also take bookings over the phone with less than 48 hours notice and even on the day, subject to availability.
