  • Shintaro made by CMC Mag and pass through professional test equipment to meet A Grade quality, and the performance for burning XBOX 360 from customers feedback is good and comparable to Ritek and Verbatim. Feel free to tryout you wont be disappointed and leave feedback here. Thank you for your business.

  • Does 20sp mean it's 20 discs in the spindle?

    • -3

I think it means 20x speed. IJ means inkjet printable. 8X means you get 8 discs.

      • +1

I think the speed is 8x. It's not very clear, it mentions neither the speed nor how many discs being sold.

        • You're right. From the pic on the site, looks like a 20 disc spindle.

      • +1

it is 20 discs, DVD DL doesn't have 20x yet i think… I wish they do, cause burning one take too much time :)

  • +1

Xbox 360 games no issues or problems with the disks - previously I only used Verbatim.. but at half the price… very happy with the results

  • Would i get any coasters from these? google shows nothing about them.

  • Confirm detail

    20SP = 20 disc in spindle

    8X = 8X Recording Speed

If you know how to burn correctly = no coaster

    Media Code: CMC Mag

    Made in Taiwan

    Quality: A Grade quality media

    Surface: White Inkjet Printable

Google search: amediadisc or amedia disc

    • Yes, because you should have to "know" how to burn correctly, to avoid a coaster. There is the secret.

  • Is there something broken with your checkout process? I added a spindle to the cart, clicked checkout, entered delivery details, selected pay by credit card and then I'm presented with the "Order Info" page. But I was not asked for my credit card number. How do I pay for the order??

    • Hi Nigel,

If you have successful checkout, please log-in account and check order id communication button, to confirm of your detail and payment information link.

      • 1) I provided separate billing and shipping addresses with the order but your CSR (you?) then asked me to confirm that the postage address was the billing address! A little careless.

        2) To get the free shipping I must use PayPal or direct transfer, not CC?

        • Dear Nigel,

Thank you for confirmation, your item will be postage to your shipping address as requested.

  • Hi nige0090

Credit Card payment process via Paypal Australia

    Payment Options page: http://www.amediadisc.com/index.php?dispatch=pages.view&page…

    • "Credit Card (Via PayPal *2% surcharge applies for credit card payment.)"

Does this mean that you charge a 2% surcharge on all PayPal payments? Or just on people who have a CC linked to their PayPal account?

      • Dear Nigel,

There is no surcharge via Bank Deposit payment.

2% surcharge applies for credit card payment or payment via Paypal

        • +1

Does that not breach Section 6.4 of your PayPal user agreement?

          https://cms.paypal.com/au/cgi-bin/?&cmd=_render-content&cont…

6.4 Seller Discouragement Policy. You agree that PayPal may suspend your account or otherwise prohibit your use of the PayPal service if you display PayPal as an accepted payment method on your website or eBay listing and subsequently prohibit the use of PayPal, surcharge for the use of PayPal, or otherwise discourage the use of PayPal as a payment mechanism.

          • @nige0090: Dear Nigel, thank you for your information.

I will have to confirm with Paypal first thing in Monday morning.

If this the case, I have move to Commonwealth Bank Merchant account to process payment via Credit Card there is still 2% surcharge applies for Credit Card payment.

@thanhphat, you are a seller? i have been selling on ebay for years and use paypal all the time, if you are familiar with paypal you will know that paypal transfers can be funded by
    1)credit card
    2)paypal balance
    3)linked ATM savings/cheque account
    4)credit card debit account
    5)paypal echeque
you cannot charge a surcharge for 2 reasons, one it's against the rules, and two, how do you know the buyer used a credit card and not a debit card/paypal balance?

    • My guess (and it could be wrong) is that he is trying to offset the fee paypal deduct when withrdawing. But yes, it is definetly against the rules.

Are the 10 pack of Verbatim DVD+R DL on your site also free postage? I'd much rather get them if so.

    • nD45Pd, only item that advertised.

  • Your Check-out needs more information with the Direct Deposit option. I couldn't find it on any of the screens or Email Confirmations? How on earth do we pay you!?

  • Zhenjie, please login your account to check communication to confirm detail and payment information.

    Thank you

  • Dude how do we pay you? the site is so confusing…. Should just link to paypal where we can pay straight away!

o i c it now. seriously you gotta fix up that system. its frustrating for people that wants to make immediate payment cause they have to wait for the communication message to pop up.

    • hptech09,

Please wait a bit, a Sale Rep will reply to your order with confirm detail and payment information.

We use old school sale technic, serve one customer at a time with personalize service :)

Sounds nice in theory, but really, with online ordering we want a quick, efficient process. Your shopping cart looks nice and well designed, but let down without the automatic payment and or instant display for Direct Deposit.

Highly recommend you take these two factors into consideration. Keep the payments and checkout automated as you can. Keep the good ole fashion service for pre and post sales.

Thanks for the deal though. Hope to see more on ozbargain!

  • You need Paypal express checkout. I couldn't be bothered joining your site. So no sale from me.

  • It tried to charge me US$22.90 not AU$22.90 when I was paying through paypal which is wierd….

    • evargo,

I dont know how you get USD currency the invoice clearly show AUD from our end.

Can you see currency_code: AUD ?

or alternative you can pay via bank deposit.

  • does anybody have same problem as evargo?

  • +1

OK; had one coaster out of 3 so far. The other one isn't reading correctly. Will see how they go, but any more errors and I'm demanding a refund.

    • isn't looking good so far, lucky i held off.

In order for I to assist you, can i have your feedback of Dvd burner drive brand & model number and firmware version, burning software name & version?
