Noticed this in the Kirrawee NSW store as I was buying grinder wheels and thought it was a good price for 2 of the larger batteries.

Price on their website shows $249 still so not sure whether it's store specific.

Still had about 20 packs left and also a few more packs on the normal shelf.

  Well consider this post for those that only check online for prices and don't walk into a store just to compare prices on the off chance the store price is cheaper. They wouldn't be aware that it's cheaper in store if no one mentioned it.

Have been always $199, even transition 4.0AH to 5.0AH.
Only recently , the past couple of months have they gone up to $249
