Not a deal for everyone, but for some they may have a use for a AFL/NRL ball and go through 4 cartons of booze :)

Stores - IGA Liquor, Cellarbrations and Bottle-O

  • Entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
    • purchase 4 cases of any Participating Product (Eligible Purchase) from an Outlet and keep the purchase receipt. The 4 cases DO NOT need to be purchased in one transaction, but must be purchased during the Promotion Period;
    • go to the Website and follow the links to the claim form;
    • fill out the claim form including providing the last 4 digits of the Eligible Purchase barcode, selecting which gift they want to receive (Sherrin or Steeden), uploading a copy of their purchase receipt, and any other details required; and
    • make a payment of $10 for postage and handling by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal only. Personal cheques, money orders, Diners Club, American Express and any other payment methods will NOT be accepted

          That's fine, each to their own. As I pointed out, if it's something you're gonna buy anyway (and the terms state you don't have to buy them all in 1 go), then you save $89.99 off the RRP of the ball. A Sherrin Replica is $90 @ Rebel Sport, cbf searching further, so there's at least a $70 saving to be made…

          For those that drink the stuff, VB is $50/case, so $210 spend, but get ~$280 worth of stuff.
          $46.95 for that same case @ Dan's. So an extra $3.05/case - $12.20 total, but get the free ball

          It looks like vb is currently on sale for 2 for $80 at celebratioms which makes it a pretty reasonable deal.

    The Steeden rugby league ball is worth (less than) $20.

      According to the terms, it's actually a Steeden Symmetry ball, so would be this without the Powerade part

        It clearly states it is a REPLICA of those well known balls.
