No, and yes, but not from Apple Australia.
As a grey import, there is no local warranty support (and likely no OOW support/replacements) from Apple Australia. However, as this iPhone is sold/supplied by an Australian business, there is a warranty from Kogan Pty Ltd AND protection under the Australian Consumer Guarantee for at least two years.
Can you buy applecare and apply it to your purchase? Does that mean that it then is covered by Apple, including internationally?
