People still have home phones hey?

    • Right next to my telex machine and semaphore flags.

I do. I know I'm going to sound like a cheap freak but I think mobile plan pricing and conditions are an absolute rort. How they can justify pre-paid credit 'expiring' is beyond me. I also think its a rort that you have to pay extra for naked adsl so combined with the additional cost of that and a lack of a mobile plan I have a home phone. I make most of my phone calls on that or the landline phone at work.

I'm also probably going to buy the dual handset version in this deal. Take a guess what model landline phone it will be replacing? This happy little fellow Yep. Finally cutting the chord in 2016.

  • I can vouch for the quality, been using it for last over one year. Haven't missed a single beat.

  • Don't think there's any in stock in store in Sydney CBD from what I can see? Delivery says 6-14 days.

    • Did you check both? No 2 pack at Broadway but they are listing 3 pack as in stock.

Says no stock - looks like Sydney's all gone :(

  • I managed to pick up a triple model from the Dick sale for $64, then the next week they dropped it to $59 …

They had no Panasonic phones when I was there last Saturday. Has heaps of Uniden though.

I found it funny they had the double and triple pack for the same price! Who'd buy a double if the triple was the same price?

    • Triple pack sells out. Disappointed folks console themselves with the double pack cause they're still getting a deal and who needs more than two landline phones anyway? Unless you have a massive house with a number of people living in it, most of whom probably have a mobile anyway

      • I bought uniden with four handsets from tgg in 2013 coz if one breaks I can use the other one.

    • Dick have these in there sale but the double and triple packs sold out rather quickly. I've been to a few stores and they only seem to have the single pack Panasonic and Uniden handsets left. Which I'm guessing nobody wants. So just grabbed a triple Panasonic from Harvey Norman yesterday. Also happy that its the higher model in the range as well.

The Panasonic Cordless Phone last forever. I bought mine over 6 years ago and still in excellent conditions.

    • Yeah great phone

  • Does anyone know how you'd go about wall mounting this?

    • Make a shelf for it, it's can't be wall mounted there's no bracket for it supplied or otherwise.

    • There seems to be no accessory available to do this; most Uniden models are mountable :(

  • Perfect timing as I'm getting rid of my Uniden one.

  • Twin Pack page says its special ends 10.4.16 (This Sunday)

This deal is featured on page 13 of the Harvery Norman "Find Your Inspiration" catalogue which runs from Fri 1-Apr-2016 - Sun 17-Apr-2016. No idea why the product page says it expires 10/4/2016.

I spoke to a rep online and he said the catalogue date is the correct one as it was listed on two different sites and will remain valid untill the 17th.
