      i got it back in December when they had the 6 months free.
      For a free service, there are still a decent number of movies and TV shows to watch, and I haven't had any problems with the service since January.

          i would disagree, but you're entitled to your opinions and taste. Some of my favs are:

          True Detective
          Mr Robot
          Ray Donovan
          The Americans
          The Borgias
          Homeland
          American Horror Story

          But i do watch a lot of random movies, comedies etc as well

      Tried Presto ages ago when it was 6 months free or something, what a joke cancelled after a week

      Nothing but crap and had many errors, maybe its better now.

          Its the worst service ive ever experienced, doesnt work properly on devices either

          Had similar bad experiences. Multiple times on my Sony Android TV while watching a movie it might suddenly skip forward 3/4 of the way through, or at worst just restart completely. On my Samsung TV the app was next to unusable due to some crazy lag using the remote, and again had the skipping/restarting issues. Cancelled after a month.

        I canx the service 1 month into the 6month trial last year after comparing Stan, Netflix and this all at the same time.

        Was curious if they stepped their game up quality wise. It appears they have not appp reliability wise….

        Shane from Season 2 is a forecast of what they all become like, but worse (more 'animal')
        Each season is more visceral than the previous.
        IMO, Season 2 was the worst/slowest of the 6.
        Major characters are shown no sentimentality (i.e killed off)
        Last episode of Season 6 a major character is beaten to death with a baseball bat in front of all the others, in a game of eeny, meeny miny, moe - we don't find out who until Season 7, as we only see the beating from their point of view.
        Basically, the world turns to a sort of 'Lord Of The Flies'

          FYI, you need a stomach for viscera/violence (not by zombies, but by humans)
          Season 5 Ep 1 is the most graphic - I was surprised it was allowed on tv. Definitely would be rated R if at the movies
          I reckon we might see a Hostel style torture scene soon.
          Anyway, its free with the Presto offer, so better than nothing - I have watched it using the app on my PS3.

        IMO a lot worse, I really enjoyed the first and the second season, and then after that it was a decline into a vertical drop

    Signed up for free 6 months, app clunky on TV and phone, keeps signing me out, pauses randomly when I do try to watch something. Stan and Netflix the way to go

    a lot of people complain about issues watching presto. I've never had any on pc or tablet. The people that have had issues, do you have good internet connections?

    While they don't have a massive collection of content, there is more than enough stuff in there to keep me happy with my free subscription

      I have good internet, and no problems with Netflix. Presto stops randomly and at times just shut down. Completely useless for me so I don't even bother to use it. This was all through the PS4 app. The content is ok (especially for kids), its just the technical side that is a massive failure.

    I signed up for it 6 months ago just to watch Mr Robot, but stupid Presto has never worked on any of my devices! Error this Error that. What a waste of time.

    A few good comedy shows.
    Pen and teller is a good watch- the one where they explain a lot of gimmicks (im talking about psychics and fortune tellers- good episode)
    I watched all of the sopranos and entourage, sadly no longer available.
    What happens in bali/thailand series is interesting.

    There is alot of stuff to watch but the errors are annoying

      wow they got rid of sopranos and entourage? I watched them all on the previous 6 month trial..curb your enthusiasm is another good one if it's still on there. I don't find the app all that bad, seemed to work ok (bookmark, stable etc) since the big update. The first version was terrible (this is about a year ago).
