Apparently fuel can cause Alzheimer's disease and anyhow, stinks when on the skin, so I wear displosable gloves and not have to worry about either.
I can't find any research to suggest that dermal absorption of petrol is linked to Alzheimer's. Nobody knows what causes it. Do you wear a respirator when filling up as well?
The world is a very dangerous place and you aren't going to be the one dying from touching the petrol pump.
