  They're actually different products. You linked V3 and MSY are selling V2.
  
  If the reviews are poor on the V3 then it's probably the same on V2.

    Someone should do research into the actual model too though, as there have been cases where the older model is better. Anyone who has used the WRT54G would know.

It doesn't do DD-WRT anyway: it's not worth your time.

Proper review here thanks to Techradar. Apparently according to them it's slow compared to other Wireless N routers at the time and complicated to setup. I suppose that it's cheap for a reason.
