I was going on the T&Cs which say:
"The free PERKii offer is for FREE 300ml PERKii beverage - The offer is available between 01/05/16 - 31/05/16 - The offer must be redeemed between 01/06/16 - 15/06/16 - all redemptions after this date will not be honored."
Their T&C has been changed now:
"The free PERKii offer is for FREE 300ml PERKii beverage - The offer is available between 01/05/16 - 31/05/16 - The offer must be redeemed between 01/05/16 - 15/06/16 - all redemptions after this date will not be honored."

No such drink at Kadina Woolies Caltex.

Where does it say that?
The emailed voucher says, "Get a FREE PERKii from any participating Caltex Woolworths."
However my voucher has the redeem date 1/6/16 as the T&Cs originally were.
I am here at Parramatta Rd burwood / concord in NSW and the stupid barcode won't scan on the reader.

I went to Woolworths Petrol Chullora yesterday and said it is invalid after scanning of the bar code, please let me know which petrol station can redeem?

The store attendant will probably not know what to do. Just show them the email, and if they can't scan the barcode, there is a number below it which they can enter into the register.
As for the drink? It tastes good considering we paid nothing however I would think twice before paying $4.50 for 300mL.

Seems Woolworths at Surry Hills and Bondi Jnctn carry it though.
Showed blank when I used it in my regular browser… not blank when I loaded it incognito, where my only active addon is lastpass. Must be adblock that is getting rid of the element that shows the selection. :)
Thanks - I couldn't get it to work on the laptop, even in incognito with adblocking disabled, but it works on my phone.
Redeemed no sweat at Blair Athol Woolies Caltex, she had a small printed out barcode she scanned rather than my phone.
