    It doesn't allow FREE pick up from store… it says the free print credit can't be used for C&C. Am I doing it wrong?

      I have selected delivery, and attempted to enter this code above with my new account and it's saying the code doesn't work anymore. :S

        That code is what they sent me in the email after registration, I didn't actually have to use it as it was applied automatically.

        So perhaps you don't have a "new" account? Trying signing up with a different email if you have no luck.

    Is snapfish good? I've never used it before and it seems intriguing. However, lots of entitled whiny Americans slamming it in reviews because it's old site was apparently waaaaay better?

    There's no free Click and Collect. This is the message you'll get while going through the checkout pages (emphasis mine):

    Mail order promo codes and free print credits cannot be used for items picked up in store. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed on the new Snapfish.

    This is either misleading or lacking in instructions, I've created an entirely new account uploaded my 60 photos but upon checkout (whether delivered or pickup) it comes at with $9.00 the code provided in the email does not work at all.

    If you click under your account and select 'Credit' you will see the 60 free prints, if you then click on Make Prints under 'Redeem' it just takes you to a page with all the products i.e. photobooks, calendars etc but nothing about free print.

    At least provide some instructions

    Just received my 60 today.
    I had to request a refund of the charge that they put on mine as they didn't allow me to use the code.
    I don't know if that's been processed yet.

    The other thing is, that 8/60 photos had really bad print issues where it just looked like the printer crapped out. Not sure what's happened there.
    It's worked really well for some simple pics, but photos with a fair bit of dynamic range in them, forget it..
